I started this series of oil paintings back in june and I actually only wanted to paint one of these to practice painting hands but I rewatched supernatural around the same time and it made me realise how there are a few of these scenes where the focus is on cas and dean's hands and how their hands reflect whatever is going on in their relationship (like that time cas didn't touch dean to heal him). so I had literally no choice but to paint more of these because they're just too beautiful not to
