I've decided I'm going to change my lifestyle. I want to eat healthy and exercise. I want to gain confidence in myself and in how i look. I've always been the bigger girl of my friends and guys don't give me a second look. Since starting university i have gain alot of weight, The freshman 15 should be more like 30. I am currently 5"4 and 3/4 and currently at 222 ish pounds. I'm all new to this and on my own so I'm going to need you. Please ask me questions, concerns, advice anything, and ill make sure i will answer it as soon as I can. MAY UPDATE: I am at 204.6 lbs now. woot woot
