Do you think, that should've given more characters from the main cast time to shine? I really like your show and like all of the characters, but sometimes some of them feel left out. But maybe that's just me, who knows

Yeah I'd agree with that, it's just a lot bigger of an undertaking than I'm sure a lot of people realize when you're the only writer and juggling so many different departments at once. It would have required more episodes, time, and stamina. Something I wasn't exactly graced with, being only Glitch's second creator driven show. I would have needed more writers and co-directors, because writing and directing even just 9 episodes basically killed me.

It's also a miracle I was allowed to make episode 9 as long as it was, because one thing a producer never ever wants to hear is "I'd like to make this longer." There will always be an incentive to cut things down over fleshing things out. Thankfully if I do another one of these, a lot of the kinks will hopefully be worked out from the beginning. Hopefully.

Here's my reaction:

I'm cis, but I've read SO MANY online stories not just about being trans but the struggles from being forced/pressured into the closet or from someone's "egg years" (🥚 is slang for a trans person who hasn't realised what they are yet, which I DID notice during Jax's argument with Pomni, but I wasn't sure if that was intentional or not)... I get it! It all fits!

Man, if only more Jax's IRL had their chance (but maybe Lee might).

Edit: And yes, I know that Gooseworx is trans. It's why this was so perfect!!!

If you genuinely don't get it, ask trans fans. They can explain the hints & foreshadowing. /g

You know, it annoys me when TADC fans either act like loving & understanding Jax is the same as "enabling" or act like calling Jax out means "belittling" his tr4um4 & struggles. You can care for someone AND hold them accountable.

In fact, holding someone accountable can be the most caring & loving thing you can do to someone. I love the show for demonstrating this, like when Zooble reminds him he's a part of the team in ep8 when they're the same person who constantly calls him out, and when Pomni demanded Jax to "BE here later" when he was clearly spiraling & trying to leave them.

Sympathy/love and accountability can happen at the same time.

And also, there are some 5uicid4l or self-destructive people who choose to act "selfish" or "cruel" on purpose so that no one would grieve for them once they're "out of the picture". It's no excuse of course, but it doesn't make them worthless.

While you're not responsible for their actions & recovery, you can still show concern for them & remind them of their worth without crossing anyone's boundaries.

what do you personally think all the characters names would be in the real world? All ive heard is ragatha would be agatha and jax as jack but i think those are very basic ahem

I've known their real names from the beginning. Some people have figured out Kinger's real name. I think I've only seen one person guess Pomni's name, I think I saw someone guess Zooble's name for the wrong character, and I've seen one person guess Ragatha's name, but that's all so far.

For those who aren't aware, many guessed "Grant" for Kinger because, while attempting to hack into the digital world in ep 8, the computer talks to Kinger and addresses him with a censored name - fans who filled the gaps often got "Grant".
