This little gal is Uloborus campestratus, a spider in the family Uloboridae with no common name, and one I found today (July 10, 2026)! It only has 35 observations on iNaturalist (about to be 36), and inhabits a small range on the southeastern coast of the United States and between Guatemala and Nicaragua. Interestingly, there seems to be one sighting in Ceará as well. Cool animals are everywhere, this is the third member of this species I've had the pleasure of seeing just this week and I suspect they're not actually as rare as they seem. :] Imgs. taken on coastal Alabama
