US Firms And The Falling Dollar
So, we’ve all been made to believe that, generally speaking, a depreciating currency reflects a weak economy and is, therefore something bad. The thing is, that’s not always the case.

NFP
Today’s Non-farm Payrolls report is probably one of the most keenly anticipated by anyone that is actively engaged in the markets. Released by The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, it tracks data reflecting on labour conditions of the previous month and compares the amount of jobs created to this month, excluding individuals who work in the farming sector. As The NFP provides investors with significant insight on the economy’s health, many use it’s figures as a trading tool. It accounts for over 80% of the work-force that produce the GDP figures, so with that said, it’s clear that it’s figures have a direct impact on the value of the USD and the value of Gold.
Typically, there are two ways to interpret the NFP results; if figures are high then this would suggest that the economy is performing well, people are employed and therefore the Dollar can be expected to appreciate. If on the other hand, figures are low, then this could be interpreted as a negative indication for the economy and we could expect to see the value of the Dollar depreciate. This is all relative, as figures of previous months and figures of The Unemployment report are just as relevant as the header figure.
Stay tuned and be the first to capitalise on The NFP’s ripples. If any report is to cause movement in the markets, it’s the NFP.

Conservative PM May or Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn?
Consumer Confidence Index; A Primo Statistic
Today’s report is a rather interesting one. The Consumer Confidence Index measures consumer’s optimism and pessimism regarding the economy’s performance and although it is totally based on consumer perception, it is viewed as a barometer of the Eurozone’s health. We’ve said this before but it’s true so we’ll say it again; the markets will give you chances; know them take them. The fact that you can capitalize on a rising or falling market is truly a thing to behold.
ECB Bigwig Draghi Rides Again
If you’re looking to benefit from the markets, today’s ECB Monetary Policy Meeting Accounts is an event that can be juiced. Mr. Draghi’s speech, The ECB’s Presidents, is expected to, once again, make waves. Today is a good day for news traders and we all know where news traders like to trade!
Eurozone CPI
It can be very discouraging for foreign exchange traders to trade euro-based currencies after high impact economic news. “What’s happening?!” “I definitely didn’t expect that!” With 17 Union members and an accumulated GDP of more than 12 trillion, how is one supposed to know which report to follow? Inflation, is a prime driver of the FX Markets and effects all currencies. With that said, get behind today’s CPI report and let your money do the work for you.

Europe Breathes A Sigh Of Relief Following Macron’s Victory
We got to the finish line, with Emmanuel Macron emerging as the winner of the French Presidential Elections. His biggest challenge now is to beat the concern that his altered agenda created in an already troubled France: How to be a healer and a reformer both at the same time.
