To say the last couple of weeks didn't go to plan would be an understatement 😶 but here we go. First healthy WW meal of the year. Recipe from @carlsbadcravings 3 💙 points a serving. I didn't use olives (because I forget to buy them) but I think they'd only add a point. I also cut back on the oil as usual. The sauce uses 0% fat Greek yogurt and lighter than light mayo so all zero, the points all come from the feta. I can never find light feta so I stick with the normal stuff. When I saw this advertised I wrote it off as a gimmick, then I got it for Christmas...😶 Anyone on WW or just looking to lose weight/do some exercise (who has Switch) should get Ring Fit Adventure. It is one hell of a work out. I'm only 2 days in and my thighs are burning. It will set your difficulty level which defines how intense the work out is but as it's a game it makes the whole thing fun. Plus there's the added bonus of doing the whole thing from the comfort of your own home. Trust me no one wants to see me right now 🙈 I've got a good feeling about this. I haven't tried the multi player part yet but I imagine it's a laugh. There's no logical reason for it but whenever I go for drinks Friday night I lose weight the next day 🍸 First weigh in for 2 weeks after a gain. Meal wise this week was always going to be worse than Christmas week so I'm glad my planning paid off. I had low or zero point food on meal days so I could have the bigger meal. I also stuck to my guns and only had a main at the xmas meals.
