Molten Rock Steelix

Artist’s Notes: I used the concept of Deviant Monsters from Monster Hunter and applied it to Pokémon.

Lore of the Deviant Pokémon: Steelix is known to dig towards the earth’s core. However, if one does manage to stay longer than an average Steelix, its body gets tempered further by higher pressure and heat. Its body then becomes the toughest among all Steel-type Pokémon and its offensive capabilities double. It also changes from Steel - Ground type to Steel - Fire type
