We don’t celebrate Thanksgiving where I live but if you’re celebrating Thanksgiving and it makes you anxious if you’re in recovery or anything like that, stay strong.. Demi Lovato tweeted earlier on “for anyone in recovery who gets anxiety about Thanksgiving, just remember.. It’s about giving thanks not just the food. #stay strong” 

So if you’re struggling or feel anxious, there are people around you who care about you and will want to do what feels most comfortable for you. Take it slowly and it will all be ok. I’m always here too if you want to talk, I hope everyone’s ok x
