Posting food logs again :)) I wanted mac and cheese for dinner but it’s 600 cals and would’ve put me over limit so I had something different, I’m glad I stayed under 800 cals. I’ve been eating 1200 cals lately and I feel not disordered at all and it feels v invalidating, so I’ve decided to vary my intake throughout the week instead of eating 1000-1200 every day like I’ve been doing the past couple weeks. I didn’t weigh today bc I binged yesterday :/ but I did drink double the amount of water I usually do to try and flush it out and I started a fast at 10 pm, my goal is 24 hours minimum but Im going to aim for 48 hours, or until monday. Im gonna weigh in tomorrow but I don’t expect it to be good, especially with how much I’ve gained over the holidays. But new year, new motivation
