Constantly thinking about Frank covering his ears during the execution. Even the one he clapped for, he covered his ears. In the second, he stopped arguing to frantically cover his ears and he looked terrified. No one else did.

And it's weird, right, for him to be the member of the band who claps for executions and doesn't run from the kidnappings? He's the punk one. His guitar says pansy on it. He shaved the sides of his head and kissed men and is covered in tattoos. He was on a fucking FBI watchlist for his song 'I'm going to kill the president of the united states of america'.

And now his character is the most scared of all of them. Why? Because he's the one that Draag had to beat into submission more than any of the others. After all, it's a very small leap from 'the president of the USA' to 'the Grand Dictator of Draag', and they simply cannot allow that kind of treason in The Black Parade.
