Genuinely one of the simplest things that got me out of my writer slump was js writing badly. And I don’t mean badly to my standards, but to the standards of the English language
I would skip chapters, not finish sentences, improper grammar, etc
it was very bad but I pulled up my manic pixie dream girl boot straps and went where the wind took me
And you wanna know what else? I don’t care if it’s immature to write fanfiction and include people who’s pissing me off

i am a writer in the same way raccoons are chefs. i am just putting things together and screaming when it catches fire

I was in a bad mood but then I remembered that one comment on my twilight fanfic that was ≈500 words and now I’m happy again
I do not know who that was and it’s REALLY BUGGING ME.
I went through a drive through today with a few friends, and the person at the window kept looking at me, (I was in the passenger seat) and they looked familiar -like SUPER familiar, but I couldn’t place where I knew them from
I can’t stop thinking about it because my friend said they kept looking at me like they knew me as well
So if you’re a dark haired guy who saw a multi-colored hair person, I’m sorry if I forgot you but please tell me where I know you from
I hate doctor propaganda.
As much as I love House MD or Brilliant Minds or any other doctor show surrounding the idea of giving patients a diagnosis, it’s not real.
I’m not talking about “duh, they’re actors…” no I’m saying real doctors would NEVER put in this much effort to figure out the problem.
I’ve been to the doctors a lot. The only thing I’ve ever been diagnosed with is an ear infection. Not WHY I have so many. Not WHAT I should do to prevent them. I had to ask my ENT (ears, nose, and throat) specialist if I had an auditory processing disorder only for them to say “If you want to say that, then go ahead”

I honestly can’t comprehend the fact that some people don’t have Ao3 accounts but still use Ao3 everyday. Like… wdym you have 77+ fics you’re reading but don’t have an actual account??? As a (very bad) fanfic writer, I LOVE it when I see a person with an account leave kudos or comment, especially if it’s a username I recognize
