As much as these "the JL/hero community doesn't know about the batfam" can be cute and funny, the canon version that everyone knows that Batman is a dad because of how he behaves aroud his kids and talks about them is far superior. Like even civilians see the batfam as his children and calls him their parent (parent because I have seen him being called their father, dad, papa, but also mama).
In canon, Dick and Bruce cannot shut the fuck up about the other, so any hero that interacts with one of them learns about their relationship. Dick brings up how great Batman is so much that the Titans teases him about it. He is so loyal to Bruce that Oliver calls him "Bat junior" and other nicknames. Meanwhile, Batman tells other heroes that the one thing he is proud of is raising Nightwing, and if anything happens to the JL, the protocol puts Nightwing in charge, not any other hero. There is literally one hero who told Nightwing that they deduce he was Batman's son from how Batman talked about him. These two aren't hiding shit from anyone.
For Jason, when he was Robin, Batman brought him to Superman, when Clark called Batman for help, because the kid wanted to meet the alien and have an autograph. He wasn't coerced to bring Jason, just his kid wanted to see Superman so he brought him with him. And for the two mission with the Titans he participated in, Jason mentions either getting permission from Batman (and it reads as "lil brother who is a young teen asks dad if he could hang out with his brother's friends, who are older teens and young adults") or Batman not knowing because he now lost his trust in letting Jaybin with the Titans (I bet it's because Jason got sick from being in the snow in short). Anyway, that's Batman's child that he brings everywhere and needs his permission to hang out.
Once Jason comes back as Red Hood and his identity is revealed, there is not a hero that works with Batman or Nightwing that doesn't know he is Batman's son. Even if they don't, in his early Red Hood era, Jason doesn't shut up about Batman being his dad and calling him such. It gives him protection because other heroes will call Batman instead of intervening themselves when he is being troublesome, and don't throw him in jail when he is not fighting or looking for a fight, even tho he is a crime lord.
For Tim, he is clear with the Young Justice that he cannot reveals his identity, and that he cannot be in the spotlight because Batman said so. And when heroes are all together, he tends to leave his team to go with Batman on a dark perch. His team also teases him at time for how he copies Batman's behaviors, especially the "hiding in shadows" thing.
Cass is introduced to the hero community by Batman bringing her and being like "she works with us now" and not giving any more explications. Immediately, everyone knew she was his daughter, I'm sure of it. Just look at her. They must have thought Batman had performed mitosis.
Damian calls Batman "Father" at times and he is very proud of his dad. He also believes, originally, that the cowl and Robin were his birthright, and would say so to others.
This is all, of course, without counting the many times Bruce is very protective of his kid(s), prioritizes them over the mission, treats them as better than anyone, etc... Also, there are others examples of the kids showing that Batman is their father, like when Batman is out of commission and they take the commands without asking, and when people complain, they are like "Batman put me in charge". He never actually said so, they just have this "Batman is my dad, so I'm in charge" attitude.
