I sometimes have this need to say something, but I have no idea what. Than I just end up saying "The idea of death penalty is overrated". It's never related to the situation but the feeling of saying it out of the blue satisfies my need

In the summer after Sirius ran away Andromeda and Ted invited him over for a few weeks. Of course with him came James, with James came Peter and than Remus. They didn't have enough beds for all of them so the Marauders slept in a tent in tge backyard. They spent their days going on walks, fishing, babysitting little Dora, climbing trees, making bonfires and generally living a tipical countryside summer

Remus was a really good artist but in his first few years at hogwarts he didn't show his drawings to anyone but Lily. When the marauders were working on their map in fourth year they finally noticed how skilled he was. (He became responsible for the graphics and aesthetics). Since than they started betting Remus to paint little figures or animals on paintings hanging on the walls. They thought that no one had noticed those but for decades to come students would search the castle looking for them and collecting them like pokemons. Untill seventh year he painted 263 of them and in his year as a professor 76 more

Marauders era characters and their favourite teas with little to no explaination:

James: ginger tea with honey (it warms him up after quiditch practices in bad weather)

Sirius: peppermint tea

Remus: strong english breakfast with lots of honey and milk (he's got a sweet tooth but doesn't like the sweetness killing the bitter taste of tea)

Peter: rooibos (it's red)

Lily: oolong (she likes the procedure of preparing it)

Mary: forest fruits tea with raspberry syrup

Marlene: earl grey with lemon (she adds so much lemon juice that anyone who accidently drinks her tea spits it out)

Relulus: jasmine tea (he loves its subtle floral aroma)

Dorcas: green iced tea

Pandora: it changes every month but she always makes her own tea

Peter always carried snacks in his bag to eat on lessons and share with his friends. For some lessons he had special kinds of snacks planned to eat as a ritual. For example, he always ate chocolate on DADA or breadsticks on Transfiguration.

In 5th year when Sirius and James would spend a lot of time on quidditch practices and Remus studied with his fanclub, Peter out of boredom became interested in beekeeping. He had two bee hives, collected honey and made candles out of bee wax. In the evenings the marauders would sit in their dormitory lit up by Peter's candles and plan pranks together

Regulus *eating watermelon with James and taking the piss out of him*: Did you know that if you eat a watermelon seed, a tiny watermelon will grow in your stomach.

James: WHAT!!! Wait... does it mean it becomes my baby then?! Am I pregnant now???... AM I EVEN STILL A VIRGIN???? I'm not ready to become a parent!

I think lily sometime in 5th year had a phase for knitting and she spent all her free time making everyone socks, scarfs etc. Sirius told everyone that he thought it was uncool but he secretly asked her to teach him to knit. And he knitted remus a sweater which he gave him for christmas. It became remus's favourite sweater and he wore it all the time
