Read the story in the link for details, but TL;DR after a series of horrible events and bad luck my step father defrauded me (I posted about it before) and no matter how hard I tried and how many hours I slogged through in pain in a minimum wage job I cannot dig us out alone. Would anyone be interested in playing Wrathion on an active illustrated panfandom Premium Jcink RP?
On Zugzwang, the premise is that people from various worlds are being drawn into a new world, consisting of a small island city, by a mysterious Chessmaster. They ask each character to make a choice upon entry: give up their powers, or give up their memories. What is lost can be gained back, but only by playing the Chessmaster’s game.
I’m currently playing Anduin Wrynn, who, when offered the choice, decided he’d rather be able to help people he didn’t know than have to sit idly by while others suffered just so he could hold onto sentimentality, and did not want to lose his connection to the Light. So he gave up his memories, and now without the weight of the world on his shoulders or a world constantly at war is getting to be a dumb teen for the first real time in his life, though he’s still his dutiful sincere and gentle-hearted self. His more chaotic tendencies are just more pronounced.
For Wrathion, however, given he’s generally relied on his wits and planning more than his raw strength and the fact that he tends to delegate dirty work to others, I imagine he’d keep his memories, and give up his powers. (This would, notably, lock him in humanoid form until he regained enough power to transform once more, by the site’s rules.) This would give him a few options! He could try to befriend Anduin with a clean slate, and hope the bond forged would outweigh any lingering resentment Anduin held toward him when the Little Lion regains his memories. Orrrr, you know, he could lie to Anduin’s face, say they’ve always been best friends, and face the consequences when Anduin later remembered.:3c Or whatever other options you could think of, of course!
While I’m primarily seeking this out for just general/platonic interactions, I’m definitely open to possibly shipping down the road, depending on writing chemistry and IC events of course! If you don’t want to we don’t have to, but if you would like to the option’s likely there!
