More Dead Money x PASWG because it’s bringing me joy rn-
I wanna do a couple more scenes from the DLC before I call it quits but if anyone has any ideas/requests for scenes and events from FNV in general I’m open to suggestions?
it might be nothing but i noticed that the wedding dress steph wears is very clearly not the communal one that gets passed down to lucy. it's a completely different dress. i wonder if this is the dress she married hank in
I think it's worth it to remember that she switched vaults between weddings. The second dress could very well be the Vault 32 communal dress.

‼️ THIS POST IS NOT ABOUT SHIPPING DISCOURSE ‼️ THIS POST IS ABOUT ANTIBLACKNESS IN FANDOM AND PEOPLES' UNEXAMINED BIASES AGAINST BLACK CHARACTERS ‼️
A lot of the Fallout fandom has an issue with this.
Max is a very morally correct character (as much as you can in be the wasteland). He is genuinely good. Yes, he’s done unsavory things to survive, but out of the rest of the cast, he’s been the one who’s doing things because people needed help.
His father told him he’d grow up to be a good man and by god he is.
Preston Garvey is another example. He is lawful good and unlike other companions, he believes in goodness and wants to protect people. Yet he’s immediately labeled annoying.
I will never trust a person who doesn’t like Preston Garvey. I have so many thoughts about him and how he’s perceived.
Fandom is so weird about genuinely good characters, and I don’t understand.
Preston and Maximus are such amazing and compelling characters. They’re not bending to the wasteland, they’re not bending to the organizations they’re a part of.
They’re doing good even though it seems so helpless.
And this is what they get?
-You always end up back where you started.

Amazing!
Aye, aye, sir! 🫡
Perhaps Boone is reconsidering accompanying this brain damaged mailman to New Vegas
I mean this was obvious since season one, but I do love when they edited Coop and the Ghoul together and it's not "oh shit the Ghoul was inside him waiting to come out" but au contraire the Ghoul doesn't fucking exist actually, there is only Cooper Howard, he's not a cowboy, he's not a killer, he's Cooper Howard and he's lost as fuck
Dinky the Dinosaur, Boone's sniper-nest in Fallout: New Vegas, was based on Mr. Rex, one of the Cabazon Dinosaurs in southern California.
(Mr. Rex seen here with Paul Reuben memorial paint job, October 2023)
The Dinosaurs are located off the 10 freeway, between the city of Palm Springs and Morongo Casino and Resort. Mr. Rex is part of a museum with an...interesting history, but this post will focus on Mr. Rex's anatomy.
The entrance to the belly of the beast is located behind his left thigh.
Immediately upon entering, a small landing and staircase lead upwards (first landing and entrance pictured from second landing)
The second landing is big enough for one or two groups to wait for their turn to climb to the head.
The third landing is very small, too small to get a proper picture of, and leads immediately to a spiral staircase.
The spiral staircase is aged and precarious, with each step being only a few inches wide. At the fourth landing is a trap door to seal the dino in case of inclement weather.
The fourth landing is the head of Mr. Rex. It's a small, contoured area just big enough for two adults to stand.
The view out of the mouth is limited, but really is a very sheltered sniping spot.
Admission to the museum, which includes Mr. Rex, is $15 for adults. Admission to Dinny the brontosaurus is free. She contains a gift shop.
Friendly reminder to new fans of the show that Dinky is real and you can visit.
