rant

i find it so crazy how i dont understand empathy or sympathy. is it my trauma speaking orr? i just dont get it. why feel bad about something that has nothing to do with you? im not trying to be ignorant if that's what people assume, i just genuinely dont get it. this may sound like a whole ass rant that was made by an ass, (i mean kind of but no) but it's not. for example, if someone's mother dies, it's human nature to feel sympathetic or empathetic. but i just wouldn't feel that. when i'm invited to join a topic like death or someone else's traumatic past, i dont care. i may show that i do, but deep down i really dont. i've never really cried much as a small child, even through funerals. of course i wasnt developed enough to understand the topic and process of death. i was able to understand that she died and why everyone was sad. i dont remember that memory much though, by my mom told me that i told her "not to cry because she (the deceased) was happier." of course this could've just been my optimism speaking when i was younger. i'm not as dense as i seem lol

but of course i would be sad if something happened to a very close family member that i did care about. some of my family members i have no care for. i do feel grief, and anger, and sometimes sadness. just not empathy nor sympathy. sadness, sympathy, and empathy are much different, i believe. empathy is understanding one's feeling and the ability to share it. sympathy is feeling pity for the other. sadness is unhappiness

rant (cussing and talking ab mental stuff)

i find it funny how people attack kids and teens for the trauma they went thru. it's like telling a depressed bitch to go kts bc they'll never be happy again. sooo many people have the mindset that once ur a p3do ur always a p3do. thats how close-minded people are bc they cant accept shit for their life. but attacking kids for being a p3do is just gross. grow the fuck up its literally trauma. try to help them, dont send 3 death threats until they respond and once they do, end up blocking them. thats so low and close-minded. you pamper other mentally ill that have depression or trauma (WITHOUT AN EFFECT) and do shit for people who have something that stemmed from specific trauma. it's so unfair that we don't feel valid enough to speak about the shit that happened. and you dont even understand that if you interact with us in a negative way, OUR PROBLEM WILL GET BIGGER. thanks for the fucking "wake up call"
