A Second Act in El Segundo

Fifty years after its construction, 777 Aviation is serving a new purpose. Now a contemporary, creative workplace for multiple tenants, the three-story building in El Segundo, California was first used by the Xerox Corporation. Its transformation centered on the introduction of an open layout, the utilization of natural light, and the blurring of the lines between inside and out. The atrium functions as a gathering place within the building while a grid of skylights, each six feet in diameter, illuminates the office space below. Common areas, including a grand staircase and outdoor fire pits, offer a number of places to collaborate and socialize. Learn more
