I feel like anyone’s story would make a good book, or a tv series. I don’t mean one of those brain rot “reality tv” shows. I just think that every single person 21 or older, have events in their lives that people would be interested in. Mostly because it isn’t their life, so it now becomes interesting. Even if it’s no more interesting than our own life, it will become so because it is someone else’s.
The ironic part is, our brains trick us into believing something is better than it really is- depending on the vibe. For example, how many times have you met someone and loved every little thing about them. Physical features. Their habits. Their mannerisms. Their presence. After awhile, those lose their lustre, or even become annoying or boring.
Same person. Same features. Same mannerisms. Same presence. Somehow all much different now. Maybe it is just biochemistry that alters our perspective. Less dopamine. More cortisol. Different ph, from a different brain cocktail. Subconsciously shaken, stirred, blended, or mixed by a master bartender- ourself.
Too bad most of us can’t realize that we are the ones who can alter our perception. Our reality. We can see the glass half full, or half empty. Or we can see any near-infinite number of possibilities. It depends on us. Some of us even focus on the table instead of the glass and it’s contents. Others won’t see anything, unless it is part of the background in one of their recent selfies.
This is the basis of my belief that anyone’s life would make a good book or tv series. Simply because most of us have been conditioned that different is good. And new is synonymous with exciting. We were only able to be trained, because we were looking for something. Something other than ourselves. That being said, paying attention to someone else’s life helps us escape our own.
So, yeah. I’ll start working on my book now… Guaranteed you and anyone you know will love it!
