Soooooo...had a taste for my kimchi and also found a little meat on a t-bone leftover in the fridge from dinner the other night so my creative juices started to flow!! I cut the remainder of the steak off the bone, threw it & the bone on the stove to brew, added a variety of spices, garlic, chopped celery leaves & stalk, shredded carrots, rice wine, red wine vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, pinch of Korean chili powder and made myself a Korean Kimchi Stew!! My hubby just threw down, he surprised us with T-bone steaks topped with shrimp, mushrooms & onions, lobster tail, asparagus, corn, baked potato & salad!! Decided to make myself a Godiva hot chocolate flavored cappuccino with gold sugar...mmmm... Finally rested up from my Hotel Hospital stay 😆 last week, new medicine has kicked in and doing well! As soon as I was able to log on to FB, I saw that a few people that I went to high school with passed away; that made me realize that life is so short and I am so blessed to not have a terminal illness & that I was able to leave that hospital on my own accord!!
