How do I get thinner legs like how FX's Luna lost her leg weight?

As I said before, you cannot really target weight loss, you can do some exercises to slim down your legs (like lunges or pilates exercise).
However, I didn’t know about Luna’s weight loss, so I googled it:
And most links I found were like these: people worrying about her drastic weight loss. In an article on Kpop-map.com it said that Luna revealed she is always on a diet. Currently, in addition to her daily workout (yoga, fitness, jogging) she eats only 1 meal a day, ONE MEAL!
This is absolutely crazy and I do not recommend anyone to try this. If you want to lose weight, please do it safe. Go to your doctor or a dietician for professional advice if you have trouble making an exercise/eating-schedule.
