rain all day and got a ton of work done which was my main goal for today, dont normally use flash, but figured i'd try it out to capture a bit of the rain

had work and early it wasnt that cold but i guess it was cold enough to have frost on all the cars, its just getting colder and colder as the days go by

Thursday 9 December 2010: Day 262

for my fundamentals of digital filmmaking class, we have a final project to recreate a scene from any movie, my group decided on a scene from fight club where they first meet and are at the bar. what was thought as a simple project soon turned out to be very very wrong, no actors showed up and it turns out my acting career isn't in my future anytime soon. from location to location we finally managed to stick with a dorm with the finally done, we had to go outside for the final scene, and it was freezing, i was holding the boom pole and was wearing the thinnest hoodie ever and eventually couldnt feel my fingers.  we finally managed to get everything done as we raced back inside to get warm.

while waiting for my person i'm doing a project on, i was a bit early and while waiting i noticed how the sun reflected off the water bottle and basically showed its reflection

For my photojournalism class, my second to last project in the cass was to do a type of illustration about how the war in iraq is costly, i had a few ideas, from having back pocket singing as if to say its burning a hole in my pocket. eventually i figured throwing money away would be a better less painful way

during break i head out to get dinner and the path i talk is slightly darker then the main street where everything is going on also finallly managed to see harry potter and it was really good, much better than the 6th one and i look forward to seeing part 2

incredibly terrible day weather wise, rain just kept coming down hard with no stop in sight, then as fast as it started, it quickly went away and slowly brightened up
