How to hide pride flags from your homophobic parents/friends/etc!

I just wanted to share the methods (that I use) of disguising your pride flag in case you REALLY want to have it/wear it but can't.

BUT!! Don't do it if it's REALLY dangerous to do so! Your safety is the priority!!!

So!

Making stuff that aren't exactly flags

You could make tye dies, kandi, outfits, decorations, hair ties, and many other things that could have the colors of your flag in them!

Add some characters/object

Try to make each color represent a character/object and add a lot of details (stickers, words, anything). A (hastily done) example, for the pansexual flag, in this case, could be Miku, Neru and Teto.

If you can't seem to find any characters, create your own!

A good example could also be fruits, random objects you like, different animals, pokemons, crystals, anything, really!

Color palette

You can also say it's the color palette of your favorite show/book/movie, but it can be pretty hard to match.

You can always also alter the colors to pastel/neon/idk to make them look different.

But obviously, this method wont work as well with FLAG flags (pins, actual flags, any kind of pride merch, etc.). But it could work well with bracelets, tie-dyes, etc.

The landscape method

You could show the colors of your flag within a drawing/panting/image of a landscape. Great examples could be a sunset, mountains, a city, the ocean and space.
