I still like to believe he sees his duplicates in his head randomly.
Itâs not harmful, thereâs no fights. Itâs just⌠there. With him. They probably just stare at each other until he wakes up.

Hereâs some of humanization designs that I think really stands out!!
Duke by @nattkorpen , Victor by @haosvoploti , Alf by @kamorazibzob
Shoutout to these amazing artists, their way of adding personality into the characters and their versions are really unique.
Even though I mostly prefer drawing robots & machinery, making these fanarts were really fun and also were a good practice for me. Might do this again one day, but surely taking a break from drawing humans for now.
[ Some small differences can be seen within the original designs of the creators, I just wanted to add some headcanons over the fanart; respectfully. ]
â- To train and respect each other. â
Another no-logic cliffhanger, the ancient cave murals in season 3.
Obviously in the show Duke didnât see the murals despite somehow being in the same cave, but I believe it would be a deep switch if he at least took a glimpse of it or heard the teamâs conversations about the questioning. Imagine not remembering anything about your past and finding out your âancestorsâ painting you as the devil over a wall with a timeline that doesnât add up on each other. What was even the point of them finding the âfightâ mural from the past if it didnât mean anything? They couldâve connect stories together, or at least make a reference towards Season 1 events with a better situation. Energy this, energy thatâŚ
Itâs already a complex situation that season 3 is limitedly available, it makes it harder to even get an idea on what is going on between the episodes that doesnât even connect to each other properly. I havenât seen people really discuss about the situation, so Iâm here as a depth seeker.
I love and how goofy are the murals despite the tragic events itâs recalling, itâs screaming low budget.
-âHaving flashbacks?â
âYou canât deny your past but you can change your future. â
We all know he switched teams lately. He secretly chose to be the one that sacrifices, again. Since we know him or maybe even since he knows himself he was been there for others. He secretly cares, maybe more than the shining heroes in the team. All the self-destructions / deaths, all the struggle, all the effort and all the saves that he made for others in all seasons. Uncountable and unexplainable yet not undeniable. He had to âlookâ good to be claimed good in otherâs eyes.
Duke had to change himself instead of being accepted. The vulnerable pattern that the virus tracked down to use Duke is still obvious in his personality, despite S2 and S3 having almost no relation to the first season. Itâs just another way of saying that his help and effort never meant anything and was going to be unseen if he was staying himself, quiet and in the background.
Now, another perspective of the same quote;
âYou can change your future but you canât deny your past. â
I just donât like how they overwrite their actual personality into villain-and-hero of the week nonsense in later seasons and I definitely will complain about it here⌠a lot. (yes, in the âlook goodâ part I was talking about that aluminum foil looking paint job in s3⌠just, whyâŚ)
Hereâs the wasted potential in a train body youâve been searching for. He is the second but in everything, it gives him a huge role that everyone ignores.
Duke wonât be forgotten, despite being a terrorizing memory for the whole plaza. I really miss S1 for character development and the depth of the lore. Many theories, many conflicts.
It was good while it lasted and before it got turned into a preschool show but here we are.
