Hello everyone, the old page of the day is Michelle's Page from... well, I couldn't figure out when it was created, but the last time it was modified was 2000 and it is hosted in Athens the part of geocities that talked about education, literature, poetry and philosophy.
On her pages there is music playing in the background, which in the past when we made blogs, websites and pages, it was very common to put a player with a playlist or just a song playing in a loop for any visitor who entered the blog. This also happened on the old blogs we did here on Tumblr.
And also if you click on "Michelle", a picture of her appears but I won't show it here because the Internet at that time was totally different from today to the point where it was super safe and normal to show a picture of you, your children, your family to who entered the page and that could be anyone. I don't know if Michelle is okay with this photo nowadays and I don't even know if she's alive.
One of the things about working with this nostalgic content is that it can also be content from someone who is no longer with us, so in any case we need to respect the identity of that person or anyone else that I show you, so I'm not going to show these photos that appear in these ancient pages.
A fun fact about me is that I love this mystery that these old internet people have. What is their story, if they are alive as they are today or not, how they lived their lives and so on. In this page there is no music playing.
No links are working so no fun? 😔
