Q: Lewis P6. You asked for some more power to try to catch Carlos Sainz. What did you miss in the end, a few more horsepower or a bit of DRS along the way? Yeah, I think they shortened the DRS this year. I don’t know if there was less overtaking, I´m probably sure there probably was so, I’m not sure that was necessarily the right move. Yeah, I just couldn't quite get close enough to Carlos in the end. But a good race, you know. I think it started off positive and then I had the safety car issue, which lost me so much ground, so I just had to keep my head down, stay focused and keep chasing, and I had a great race from there. I think the team did a great job this weekend, so big thank you to them. I think this weekend is really the start of something positive for us, I think, we've got points in every race, we've got good reliability, we just need to make sure we get solid points, a solid progression, some improvements for the next races. Q: Is it your role to stay positive, waiting for the best to come? Yeah, of course, you have to try and take the positive and yesterday there was a huge amount of positives to take out of the day cause I went backwards, I struggled with the car and today there were a lot of positives to take and the pace was quite strong, you know, I overtook 4 cars after the safety car, which is not easy to do at this track, so yeah, just, I´m just hungry, I just gotta keep that mentality, keep pushing.

Lewis, it was a very entertaining race today. You had a sort of late switch to slicks tires, how do you feel it went, this sprint? Yeah, it was good fun, I mean, we did went out to have fun today as we were at the back so, um, I think I changed to slicks too late [shrugs], that was kind of the plateau for me. I can see that you enjoy and have fun in Formula 1. In these conditions, tomorrow, starting at the front of the grid in P5. Do you think you learned something today that can be usable tomorrow? Yeah, today was a big learning day for tomorrow so, that race [the sprint] gave us good understanding of the track position, points where the car is strong, points where the car is weak, so yeah.
