Hello Tumblr folk.

Want to recommend a fic? Or music? Blog? Or something else?

Well on this blog I recommend fics, songs, blogs, and anything else I like, but I know many others know WAY more than me, so, here's the rules and instructions for submitting a recommendation.

If you recommend something, submit it, do not use the ask box. The ask box is used for asking a specific recommendation of something or if you don't understand the rules.

The format you'll submit with is the first paragraph- the name of the author/creator, second paragraph- a summary if its a fic or blog(if you do music tell the mood, like sad, excitement, happy, Siblings, love, makes me dance, war, epic movie trailer music, etc.) Third paragraph, the name of the fic/music/blog/etc. Embedded with the link. If it's music, you may use Spotify and/or YouTube.

All Fandoms are allowed. And if it's music, I'll allow songs from different counties IF it's in English(such as dynamite from BTS). The music must also not be to rated. I understand that many songs have swear words, but if it has way too many, words not appropriate to say, or just a dark theme, it's not allowed. If you don't know whether the song is appropriate enough, you may DM me it or send an ask and I'll tell ya.

You may not recommend anything with NSFW, and if your recommendation has severe warnings such as abuse, descriptions of torture, suicide, underage drinking, or anything else like that- please give a warning. If you need to do it before the summary, please do.

I have all rights to not do your submission. I will take a quick look at each one and see if it's appropriate enough.

The main tags I use will be "EP recs", anything I recommend, and "Lurker recs", anything anyone else recs. I will tag with "fanfic" for fanfics, "music" for music, and "blog" for blog. Any other type will get their own tag. EP rules is for rules I initiate.

Suggestions are allowed. Keep in mind I may not post them, but I'll definitely look at them.

GhostAltz(used to be Hopest81)- is an author for dsmp. She owns a discord server. She is very good friends with AimandFire, another author.

The Fine Print- is a modern and mafia-based setting with no magical aspects. Tommy is an excellent killer for the three most powerful mafia gangs in the city. The craft brothers, Dream, and Quackity. After doing missions for them for many years, Tommy wants to leave the business and town altogether. But on his way out, he gets in a tragic accident. The craft brothers find and help him heal at their luxurious apartment. Unknown to him, the brothers have much more dark wishes. They always wanted Tommy to be theirs, yet Tommy never consented to be part of their family. Now they have a chance to make him theirs. Even if it means lying and drugging him. But what happens when Tommy finally gets aware of the situation? What happens when he figures out they aren't going to just let him go? He was on his own for years, he can find a way to get away from some rich prices. (The Fine Print is abandoned but the Author did put the idea for how the story would finish in the last chapter)

ExpositionFairy-is a really good author for dsmp and Hermitcraft, and some Life Series. She wrote the Kaleidoscope au, based upon the popular fic, Passerine.

Hurricane- is a medieval setting with gods and goddesses on Hermit island. The story is the Hermit's pov of the Green god, the war god, and the nature god. Along with everything else in Passerine and Shrike. Almost all Hermits are gods or immortals. One day, the green god appears on the island, along with his two friends. The green god puts some of the inhabitants into deep sleep, and force them to go through a horrendous "game". They awake, and the other Hermits appear, threatening the green god. He leaves, with his friends, and never comes back. The Hermits must deal with the aftermath of everything. Bdubs helps a lost boy, who forgot his own name, and refuses to believe anything from that night was true. Grian has lost his beautiful wings, but the other Hermits invent a device to let him fly once more. The Hermits are together through everything. When they hear about the rise and fall of the Antarctic Empire. When they hear of the battle at the valley and death of the war god. They feel the world change and when the green god is gone. The know when the angle disappears, and after everything, they finally might be in peace.

ElliahRose- is a popular author for dsmp. She wrote the heartbreaking story: If We Could Go Back (I'd change the world for you). Along with Schrodinger's avians. She is mostly inactive.

Schrodinger's Avians-is a Canon Divergence with dimension traveling. Quackity, leader of Las Nevadas, an alcoholic, saddened by the breakup of his fiancees, grieving of his other past relationships, and angry with Techno as a whole, is teleported to a different, yet similar dimension. After finding people, his friends, and enemies, Quackity find out he was teleported to an alternate dimension, where no wars broke out and everyone is peaceful and kind. Quackity has enough trouble seeing a sane Wilbur, a nice Techno, a not-drunk Schlatt, a good father Phil, and a not bitch Dream, that he honestly doesn't want to believe it. They got peace. He didn't. And when things already look bad, the Tommy of the peace dimension and his dimension swap places. Now Quackity has to deal with a very traumatized child. Even when everyone wants to help them, they can't trust the familiar faces of their enemies. They need to get back, especially when problems are arising in their own dimension.

ElliahRose- is a popular author for dsmp. She wrote the heartbreaking story: If We Could Go Back (I'd change the world for you). Along with Schrodinger's avians. She is mostly inactive.

If We Could Go Back (I'd change the world for you)- is a modern setting with no magical effects, except one. The craft family mourned the loss of Kristin, all sad to see her go. Out of grief, they start to blame the youngest, Tommy, for killing her. He is neglected, hated, forgotten, and very alone, even though he is only a child. After a horrible accident, the crafts lose Tommy and finally see their faults, but it's too late. The family eventually breaks apart, and they don't care for each other. But, when Wilbur wishes to fix their mistakes, a certain green-eyed man gives them a second chance. Now, they have a chance to change the future of their family.

Daisy_moon-is an author for Empires smp. She also writes life series and a little bit of Dsmp.

Glitter Gang-is a modern set chatfic, with Dsmp, Empires smp, Life series, and others. Tommy decides to prank Gogy by dumping glitter on him. The only problem is that he doesn't have glitter. He asks around for glitter, and all the characters and friends have to deal with lots of chaotic fun.

Killing Butterflies-is a Canon Divergence in a medieval setting with some technological aspects. It takes the vine, "And they were roommates" (not the romantic type), with traumatized, arrogant, corrupted Xornoth, and his lonely annoyed, impatient brother Scott. After finally sealing Xornoth in a crystal, Gem decides to give the problem that is Xornoth over to Scott, against his will. Scott has to take care of them, while they don't trust or want Scott's help. And to top all off, Xornoth is dealing with totally not past trauma from Exor. It's not trauma though, nothing's wrong, right?

CorpseArt- is a popular author for dsmp. She wrote the fic, Hush Now (You Were Lost but Now You’re Found). She owns a discord server.

Hush Now (You Were Lost but Now You’re Found)- is a modern Superhero/Supervillain setting with magic, some gods, and hybrids. Tommy, the sidekick to the number one hero, Dream, is kicked out of the hero business for protecting a very wanted supervillain, Siren. Tommy is forced to go through a regular life while trying to figure out what's going on, attachment issues, and so much suffering. And meeting a tall bastard called Wilbur, and then getting attached to him probably won't end well.

Casey Dreamer- is an author for Dsmp and Hermitcraft. She is mostly inactive

Don't Let it Break This (Let Me Hold it Lightly)- is a Minecraft game-based story tolled in Hermitcraft season 8 and dsmp prison arc. The Hermits and Dsmp members mysteriously swap places. They only know Grian started it when he tried to use Watcher magic to cross over to the impenetrable server. The Hermits start dealing with problems when the dsmp members blame them for doing this on purpose to get on the dsmp. Quackity, Sam, and Punz spread false rumors among others to get the Hermits in the dsmp hunted. While in Hermitcraft, X, Joe, Grian, and others are trying to get the others back, but eventually, Punz gets the swapped dsmp members to take over Boatem. A huge unclear misunderstanding occurs, making both sides panic. Now, they have to find a way to get back, though only one side is willing to act nice.

Beaningeneraldenial- is an author for dsmp and Hermitcraft. She writes a popular crossover between the two worlds.

A Rift Through Worlds (A Hermitcraft x Dream SMP AU)- takes place in a Minecraft themed world with servers and the hub. During the exile arc, Tommy accidentally goes through a mysterious purple portal, teleporting him to a season 7 Hermitcraft, unaware to him. Stress finds and nourishes him back to health. Tommy is weary of the Hermits at first, but Phil had told him of the very peaceful and kind server before, so he eventually starts to take a liking to them. He meets Iskall, mayor Scar, the pesky parrot avian Grian, the wolf-dog hybrid Ren, the sneaky ninja Etho, the fearless blacksmith False, the animal enthusiast Cleo, the nice admin Xisuma, and many more. The Hermits help Tommy heal, and he starts to see them as his new family. Tommy is dead set on protecting them, and they will do anything to keep him safe. Even if that means they have to go to court

BatCatTheArtist-an author for dsmp. A popular work of hers is Caging a Wild Animal. She also writes other fics, and owns a discord server.

Caging a Wild Animal- CAWA is modern themed with super heroes and supervillains with hybrid aspects. Tommy, an infamous D Tier hero, who everyone doesn't like and thinks nothing of him, is a young teen who only wants to be a hero. He has three pet raccoons and lives in poverty. He catches the eye of the three most dangerous supervillains. After discussing his worries and troubles with Sam, the head policeman, he is let down by Sam because he refuses to take the young hero seriously. Tommy gets kidnapped by Phil, Techno, and Wil. Tommy is forced to bond and live with them. They treat Tommy like he's weak and must always be protected. They break his bones to prevent him from leaving and mentally abuse him. Tommy has to find a way to escape. He receives questionable help from his two new friends, Ranboo and Tubbo. But what if he doesn't want to leave? No one treats him with respect or cares about him. No one cared about him, yet they do, in a twisted way.

Flustered-a popular author who writes for dsmp. She wrote some amazing fics, like Kings to you, and Anarchist child.

Scaled Schemes- Tommy, a young, small, and weak dragon is owned by the human Dream. Dream used to love Tommy but eventually starts to hate him. After discovering Dream's evil plan for him, Tommy runs away. Tommy finds a weird tower and secretly lives in it, and must stay out of the attention of the residents. Phil, an old powerful Fae, and his adoptive son Will, a human witch/wizard, start to notice weird occurrences in their home. Phil finds a human-turned-Tommy in the kitchen one night and decides he must have him. Tommy, now able to turn from dragon to young child, terrorize the two. Wilbur discovers the boy too, becoming attached to the kid. Tommy eventually starts to like Wilbur but is afraid of Phil. Phil uses magic to make himself look like Wil so he could spend time with Tommy, but Wilbur returns early from the journey to Techno's, their dragon friend, to find out about Phil's trick. Techno turns up and Tommy runs away. Now, Tommy is at the hands of his abuser Dream, while the other three are going insane to find their little friend.

Anarchist Child- Tommy is turned into a baby by a witch. Phil finds him and decides to adopt Tommy, against Techno's wishes. Tommy can understand them and is fully in his mind, but they don't understand him nor is he in control of his new baby body. Tommy has to deal with the two, especially when Techno decides he wants to have Tommy too.

Anarchist Child

Flustered-a popular author who writes for dsmp. She wrote some amazing fics, like Kings to you, and Anarchist Child.

Kings to you- Tommy, an infamous thief, Is given the hardest job for a nether star: steal Prince Technoblade of the secluded and dangerous Antarctica Empire. Tommy has a unique power, he can see the possible future, and he also is hiding the fact he is an avian. Tommy kidnaps Techno successfully but gets trapped with him in a log cabin in the middle of nowhere for a long time. Thanks to an enchanted gear, Techno must listen to Tommy's command, though he may only use it a few times. Techno and Tommy bicker and try to keep sane throughout the month of forced exclusion. Eventually, though, Techno discovers Tommy's secret, and while Techno is in piglin instincts, decides to not hate Tommy anymore. Now, Tommy has to deal with a possessive piglin and forced family, all while trying to cope with his past and instincts.

Kings to you

Blujamas(thscus?)-a popular author who writes for dsmp. She wrote the amazing story, Passerine, which received its own animatic by Sad-ist.

Shrike- Shrike is the prequel to Passerine, but instead focuses on the nature god, George, and his best friend, the war god, Sapnap. After a long slumber, George would eventually meeting Sapnap and follow him. The two would meet the green god, who George named Dream. The friendship between Sapnap and George becomes strained throughout the story. It follows Sapnap finding love and losing it. The threes friendship will be put to the test.

Shrike

Blujamas(thscus?)- a popular author who writes for dsmp. She wrote the amazing story, Passerine, which received its own animatic by Sad-ist.

Passerine- Passerine is a medieval setting with empires and gods. It tells the story of the blood god, Techno, and his old friend, the Angle of Death, Phil. Phil starts his own empire and family, and Techno eventually finds him, with his two mortal sons Tommy and Wilbur. Techno stays with the family, even after the queen's death and after Phil disappears. The story then introduces the green god, an evil god who sets on destroying the world and making people's lives miserable. The story continues onward with them having to defeat the green god, but everything comes with a price.
