Okay just got back from watching Verdi's Macbeth.

Holy shit the finale. I was so emotionally invested for the entire thing, all the singers were so good at conveying the emotion behind every note it was insane. The music at the end was so awing I'm not surprised the 19th century Italians started revolting on the streets after hearing it.

Lady Macbeth had such a stunning voice as well, her high notes were so clear
