POV: Your Jubilee trying to take your human son to the mutant island.
Those Au’s where Obi-Wan or Ashoka can see ghosts or something in their childhood but their specially haunted by this guy
Not even my overall favorite Star Wars character, fucker just has so many issues it makes me fuck with him.
Shitty memes made just to try to explain these guys dynamics csuse I am too tired based off my “Sifo-Dyas is Obi-Wan’s Mentor” Au

Canon divergence in which Sifo-Dyas is Obi-Wan’s master for whatever reason, there is a multiple reasons why this would and would not work, this partnership is not stabilizing for either of them, it objectively worsens both their mental states. Obi-wan’s visions that have lessened over the years due to heavy reliance on shields and mental blocks are back full force now. Sifo-Dyas has only gotten more stressed since he has another living creature to look after. Both are suffering from chronic migraines. Their force bond is a feedback loop that causes corruption in Sifo-Dyas already hellish visions as multiple realties are pulling up to the point it makes no sense. Obi-Wan knows more than he would like to about Sifo-Dyas and Dooku’s relationship and falling out.
He’s a courier at 15 years old between grown men over fifty that cannot talk without deflection and mental gymnastics worse than Death Note internal dialogue. He still trains and goes on missions with Qui Gon Jinn, it’s not a mentorship like they would ever traditional have, their bonding coming from the fact their relationship with their mentors is strained as hell. Obi-Wan is somehow the finance manager betwene Dooku and Sifo-Dyas by the time he is a senior padawan and Sifo commissions the clone army. He doesn’t know what the fuck is happening, but also he does because he can’t escape the future. He knows Sifo-Dyas’s life is ending prematurely. He knows Dooku had something to do with it. He is pretty sure his master is as well too, it will likely be ex-Master too soon as he and a black and red figure circle each other. One that has been in his visions countless times, always crawling back and brining death with him. He has seen multiple outcomes for the fight, some good, some better, most are asinine. He wonders if this is how Sifo-Dyas felt about facing his own death in his visions. He wonders if he should let the General or the Hermit take care of the Sith apprentice instead of the Padawan, maybe it slow down the Count’s fall if there isn’t a clear vacancy of a Sith apprentice. The Padawan doubts it honestly, it wouldn’t be the first path that ended up in the apprentices tearing each other to shreds for a Lord who already who has a new aim. The Padawan knows that Maverick wanted to train the Chosen One. It wouldn’t be as bad an outcome really, the Chosen One doesn’t fall as often, but when he does, it consumes and suffocates on a greater scale than most. In the end if it all, neither the Hermit or his Master will have a body for their loved ones to bury anyway.
Ship dynamic: Sith and the Jedi they fucked over
Sifo-Dyas x Dooku vs Obi Wan x Maul are parallel’s to each other I can’t quite articulate right now but like… a man who killed his best friend in order to prove his loyalty and commitment as a Sith Lord, only to die by his master’s next shiny toy. He does like a puppet with its strings cut with no one waiting for him, he is alone in the end. While Maul first encountered Obi Wan, his eternal enemy, as a Sith Lord puppet, only to die in that same enemies arms, he gets some peace in the end knowing that something will avenge him and Obi Wan after their deaths. They are bonded in a way that can’t be understated. It’s the most peaceful death Maul could have had, he isn’t alone then.
That one idea that if one kills a Sith or Dark sider or at least fatally wounds then to the point even the Sith’s old master is riding themselves of them, the one who commited such act against the dark sider ends up falling, they are far more prone to dark side impluses even if they never have felt them before. It can be gradual yes, but it takes a lot of natural will power to even stop the spread.
Enter Obi Wan, who has, for all intense purposes, not truly killed a Sith by the time of the Phantom Menace. He has fought different dark siders during missions and been too Sith Temples, each respond to him less as a Jedi and more as Kin. Murderous Kin, but still, it’s notable. He doesn’t know why, he has never truly interacted with the Sith beyond said missions to old ruins and learning in classes. Neither him or Qui Gon fully realize why this happened, but it stemmed from Chun’s death and Xanatos last stands
Both of their deaths haunt Kenobi in different ways, both mentally and on a deeper level within the force. The dark clings to him on the worse days like a leech, trying to prode the boy into truly being Fallen fully. Obi-Wan finds himself be able to handle more proficient force techniques that even some older knights struggle with, but his control slips more. He doesn’t understand why, he hasn’t slipped into anger as of late, his emotions aren’t on a haywire. Hells, he is more weary than anything.
Qui Gon notices the smaller things Obi Wan doesn’t notice. How Kenobi’s hands seem to shake more often, usually a couple causes, could be anxiety and stress Obi Wan has from pushing himself. But sometimes it’s as if there almost too much energy building up around him, like static that is making his hand shake widely sometimes. Any visions Obi Wan gets, tho they get rarer as he got older, are far more violent. He at least from Obi Wan tells him, not noticing his nose bleed and forgetting what the visions contained in the morning. How his eyes glow in the dark more akin to a Loth cat, never yellow, but bright.
Clone Wars Au where idk to some random bullshit, Palpatine dies after getting revealed to be a Sith Lord on live holonets or whatever, not fleshing thst out rn, the only thing that matters is that Dooku’s alive but obs imprisoned by the Order.
Essentially the entirely of the order and the republic are trying to rebuild. The Jedi Order and Clones themselves are becoming more independent and kinda separated themselves from the republic as they focus on recovering their dead and having to recover in a post galaxy spanning war. Anakin has sorta left to focus on his children and support his wife who has to deal with a political ramifications. He still visits every other month when possible but hasn’t been able to be on offfical Jedi duties. Ashoka has also been away from the order for a while, She and some other Jedi/Clones are focusing on relief efforts for planets affected heavily during the war. Obi Wan hasn’t left the temple at all as he is dealing with a shit ton of paper work, duties as the High general, and as a member of the concil, he doesn’t get many breaks as he could. The three do talk over comms a lot but in person meetings have become a novelty.
Anyway, some time later when things have finally slowed down enough, Obi Wan decides to put in a request to take on a padawan. He sees a lot of his friends and colleagues stretched thin, while he has his own experience raising two padawans. So he figures his is the best candidate to take up teaching the next generation again in a Jedi Order still trying to recover.
The issue occurs when it comes to who is assigned as his padawan, as Obi Wan never specified any particular initiate. And between the mountains of paperwork other council members are dealing with, 5 different members approve his request all separately. They each assign him a padawan learner as they did not communicate at all and were just happy their fellow council member seemed to try to take a step forward with himself.
Either way, Obi Wan now has fucking 5 Padawan due to some oversights(some of which include Reeva and Galen Marek, idk about the other 3 yet). No one beyond Obi Wan realizes this for awhile. It’s not until 5 months in when Mace literally finds Obi Wan trying to pry off one of his padawan’s from biting another’s arm off. He should know, he’s the one that approved the ankle biter of a padawan to be trained by Kenobi csuse he figured Obi Wan had the best experience with it.
Ultimately leads to when Anakin and Ashoka are actually back at the temple in person for a rare event, find out they 5 lineage members and can only look on in horror
The dark seems that bit brighter with you
People seemed to really like Bob, so here’s some more of him!
Bonus: him and lil’ Chell.
I will make a post about Mk11 versus Mk1 Kuai tomorrow it will be long
Idk some thoughts about Kuai Liang as Scoprion, it’s not something I like overall but have ideas for because the Lin Kuei have lot of wasted potential .
* Kuai Liang being the better hand to hand combat of his brother, due to the fact he can’t really use his powers often on stealth related missions and often had to make up for being a more physical fighter. His powers are the most destructive of not kept in check.
* He had little to no one to help train his pyromancy, no one in the clan had experience in pyromancy or willing to teach him. He had to learn himself via experience and experimentation for the most part.
* This version of Kuai Liang has a minor fear of water, unlike his previous version he is not able to actively use his powers to stop him from drowning in water, it’s just a childhood fear that never really went away.
* Kuai Liang for the most part is the calmest brother, becuase he actively keeps his angry bottled up, his rage has always been bad since he was a child, it was like his fire made him Moore impulsive, he didn’t know why, he had to curb it or face further punishment for it. He sometimes enters periods of times where he feels devoid of emotion because the angry is so overwhelming and it takes so much effort to calm down some days. He doesn’t know why he is this angry, it doesn’t feel like his at either.
At this point I better see Sub-Zero’s boobs in ultra hd the way their taking this long to drop a trailer.
