Does anyone else with ADHD and/or executive dysfunction have days where they get brain fog so bad, they can FEEL their frontal lobe not working?

On my bad days brain fog feels like a bubble that’s closed around my eyes and forehead, embedded several inches into my brain, squeezing just hard enough that nothing gets through to the rest of me.
