Maybe this is a bit specific, but when it comes to Pikmin ships, I personally don’t imagine the Pikmin themselves being aware of romantic feelings.

Instead, I like the idea that they don’t really understand why being with a certain Pikmin makes them happy, or why they feel a little jealous when that Pikmin spends time with someone else.

They don’t realize it’s love — they just know that those feelings are there. 🥹

That said, I also love Pikmin that are openly and obviously in love 💖

❤️ Red Pikmin: very competitive and loves fighting

💙 Blue Pikmin: smart, but a little silly sometimes

💛 Yellow Pikmin: cheerful and a bit of a troublemaker

💜 Purple Pikmin: very relaxed and easygoing

🤍 White Pikmin: short-tempered and quick to get angry

🩶 Rock Pikmin: the type to show off their beautiful legs

🩷 Winged Pikmin: loves playing and cute things

🩵 Ice Pikmin: hardworking and always trying to improve

💚 Glow Pikmin: mysterious, but friendly
