Two students walking along Brasenose Lane.  I like the tree, the dappled sunlight in the street, the sense of love and togetherness that suffuses the whole picture.  Oxford’s a great place to be in love - really the point of The Last Enchantments, in some ways.

A deep panelled dado is a nineteenth-century characteristic. The heavily ornamented plaster ceiling is offset by the simplicity of the coia matting, and the lighting, which does not make any pretension to particular aesthetic.
