Notion — the staple for making your scripts, everyone knows it. It's easy to use and you can easily make a good script layout if you don't like templates

Remove.bg — a website to remove backgrounds for ur pngs going in ur script (idk if this is a me problem but everytime I download smth there's always a background)

Pinterest — self explanatory I use this not only for the pictures but I make a pinboard thing with multiple pins inside it and embedd it into my closet script so I don't have to export 1000 pics

Twinote, chatsmock, funsta — make your fake twitter, insta, and contacts

Postfully.com — make any chats you want for ur scenarios

Wattpad — a lot of good vibes, guides and more even though most of the guides are old or discontinued

Picsart — edit your pictures for ur scripts this app is super easy but a bit restrictive without paying the wall

things just click in your brain, no matter how convoluted the concept may be.

studying is fun for you, and your motivation never runs out.

locking in is easy for you. like you could lock in in the snap of a finger and everyone is envious.

when you're nervous, your brain doesn't derail. it stays on point, remembering the needed information, and you ace it.

teachers always remark on how unique your take is / how they've never seen something like your work before / how you seem to understand the concept fully.

you're never caught off guard – even if you were daydreaming, your body knows information on autopilot and can spit it out if put on the spot by a professor / teacher.

whenever people talk about academic awards, the first thought in their mind is you. whether they're casually discussing which award went to who, or if they're considering you for one.

when someone thinks of "academic weapon", you're the first to pop into their mind.

someone has called you their "wikipedia" or "google" once.

you can explain concepts in the simplest ways, breaking it down to the point that even a 9 year old could understand it (or at least, the basic mechanics).

studying is a breeze for you – the time seems to pass by quickly as you absorb the information you need.

homework is never too overwhelming to you. big stack of papers on your desk? don't worry, it'll be done quickly.

if you ever have to give speeches, they are the most thoughtful, heartwarming, and motivating ones. people would come up to you to gush over them, whether its parents, students, or faculty.

you are never stuck in the box of "academic weapon"; others will still view you as you are: cool, sweet, or even reckless.

careless mistakes are never detrimental.

My “method” as a girl who’s shifted more times than she can count .

cute lil disclaimer, i do not believe methods can bring you to your dr on its own, but i do think they can help you get into a good place mentally when trying!

Also, my previous account was terminated, so if this looks familiar, it’s because it’s a repost !

001. make a playlist . It doesn’t matter what songs you put, as long as they resonate with you/your dr, it’s fine . try to make it lengthy, like 45-55 minutes, unless your okay with it looping back after a while .

002. Close your eyes and play the music . i recommended headphones, but it doesn’t matter . just meditate for now, breathing in and out, reflecting on your day in your car, etc .

003. After a few songs, begin to count to 100 . If you want, every five numbers, you can say an affirmation . I don’t do it regularly, but it helps when i need a push .

004. After you reach 100, start to think in the mind of your drself . You should be feeling kinda loopy by now, which is great . If not, that’s fine too . just start thinking about how your day in your dr is going, what you’re doing, who you’re with, etc . Try to be through and specific .

005. By this point, I’m already in my dr…, and i just wake up . Just keep affirming and talking about what you’re gonna do once you get there until you shift .

I’ve been told this is good as an asleep method as well, which you would just fall asleep after affirming you’re in your dr !
