last year i started a list abt turning next to normal into a jukebox. switching every song with number that’s either similar in style or lyrics
i never got very far with it so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know!
i do think eurydice and persephone being of the same ethnic or racial background adds something to the narrative. it’s happened a few different times already and i’m a big fan. let’s keep doing that!
So Morgan added this last night (Sept. 6th evening show) and I am completely obsessed. Eurydice teasing Orpheus by doing a little mock English accent.
the streets are saying Rebecca Naomi Jones is mocking Hades in Why We Built The Wall, and i think it’s such a brilliant choice. Her “Step into my office” is also sooo mocking, and i love angry and spiteful Persephone who’s not afraid to show Hades that. i knew she’d be sooooo good in that role, i can’t wait to see it
