i saw a tweet from an author on ao3 posting a screenshot of a bookmark with comments that had some criticism of the fic and their tweet was basically like reminder that authors can see your notes in bookmarks (unless you have them set to private) and a lot of people’s reactions were like “well why are you looking at your bookmarks!!” which ???

first of all, if you post anything in a public online space, that is directly tied to someone else’s work, you are absolutely not entitled to any privacy lmao anyone can look at whatever they want online?

second of all, me personally i am desperate to hear what people think of my fics so every once in a while i check bookmarks at my fics to see if anyone has said anything lmao. sorry for craving communication idk

we are less than three weeks away from the start of the olympics!!! and i wanna know, have you ever thought, wow i know nothing of these sports. i wish one of my kind and smart mutuals would tell me who to cheer for! well you’re in luck!! up until, and probably during, the olympics i’m gonna be posting drawings of some of my favorite skaters, starting with my darling kaori <3

kaori is my #1 hope for women’s gold, and it is a tight field, with many women deserving medals, but she is the one in my heart. since placing third at the last olympics 2022, she has placed first in three of the world championships, and won silver in one. to me, she has everything i want from a skater, and with this being her final season competing, i want her to end her career on a high, and i can’t wait to see what she shows us in milano (at my main @/heypax you can see me talk much more about her and other skaters!)
