OK guys, let me translate the PR lingo so it makes sense.

It should have been something along the lines of "We were absolutely shocked when we became aware, we have done XYZ, we have been in touch with the local authorities and launched an investigation, we have supported the locals and stay in touch with them every day. Our charity is firmly determined to do XYZ to support those who suffered"

Harry should absolutely have been there on site, he should have been talking to the local people, he should have been offering financial and legal support to the victims.

I am sorry but to say "Harry demands action" is just pathetic.

if he demands "action" now he hasn't been aware of anything before, he is not following

he doesn't see himself responsible as the head of this charity, he expects someone else to sort it out for him

he hasn't offered any personal support to the victims

This is another PR disaster. I firmly believe neither Harry nor Megs have any quality PR professional to advise them at this point.
