Always organizing and reorganizing the way I think about my pictures as bodies of work. I think I'm about ready to rethink the last 10 years of work I made about how we experience nature. This work has moved in a multitude of ways and has grown to be a behemoth of a project. One of my goals of grad school was to help put it in some order, but that never happened. World's largest land oil rig, Elk City, OK This oil rig was used to dig wells for several underground nuclear tests by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission throughout rural New Mexico and Colorado in the 1960s. Another image that I recently rediscovered in my archive that is speaking to me. Since I've committed to scanning and printing digitally this series I'm able to use images that had issues I was never happy with.
