2021 will bring me happiness. I will break free from the chains of the past & heal. I will be the happiest, the prettiest, and the most confident! fully loving myself and living for nothing but the satisfaction & better will of myself and health. 2021 me will be unstoppable.

“Go out and look at the stars tonight. Let the darkness between the stars warn you. There is more dark than light in the Universe. We must be part of those small touches of fire that fill an otherwise empty Space. We must choose Light and not delay. Otherwise, Darkness chooses us.”
— Ray Bradbury, from “Apollo Murdered: The Sun Goes Out,” Los Angeles Times, 17 May 1972

I think the reason I enjoy Ghibli so much is it romanticizes the little things. It makes me want to bake, study, clean the house, garden, and more while listening to happy music and occasionally picking wildflowers and lying in the grass. It helps me find joy in day-to-day life and that’s honestly sooo important for my mental health.
How could you NOT fall in love with the glow of the moon and stars, the warmth of the sun, the ancient life within the trees, and the sweet melodies of the winds?
