Okay I reblogged this before BUT the visual contrast between the first scene and the second one is fantastic. The first sets Peter’s vibrantly multicolored suit up against the black & white colors of the reactor; the second does the same thing, but switches the palettes. Now the background is in reds and blues and Miles’ suit is the black and white. And he still catches the eye in a screen full of moving parts. THIS MOVIE, GUYS.

I never wanted to see Mark Duplass less.

A love story gone awry, good luck wolfing it down with the rest of the terrible plot.

Summary: Stupid jumpscares followed by Mark Duplass’s face.

Always nice when the protagonist isn’t an idiot. The fact that she’s deaf is also a really interesting aspect, while a few tropes are turned on their head during the movie.

There were a few WHY ARE YOU GOING OUT THERE moments, but one of those moments was used for a nice twist.

Amid an unmasked killer, a deaf but highly perceptive victim must outwit a a pompous killer.

Hush will have you rooting for the protagonist, who is actually very smart, and wanting to stab the killer in the eyes with his stupid arrows.
