the labubu moment in the first "thats not a hat" smosh games video is crazy. shayne and court represent the parents, arasha is the younger kid and angela and chanse are first and second childs. idk, im high and this probably doesnt makes sense
sometimes i sit and think about how shit i am at designing things and how i probably don't even deserve to get paid for what i do and that I'm taking advantage of people. but then sometimes i look at some of the things I've done and realise that I'm really not that bad. i would even say that sometimes i can be pretty good
i was watching a video about this woman that went to a mega curch as an ex-mormon and at some point she said something about how a lot of religions hijack humanity. that they give these speeches that appeal to human emotions and then say that you are feeling those emotions because God is real.
as a person that grew up catholic but never really belived in God i think that explains a lot of my feelings. i went to mass on sundays, i went on a lot of spritual retreats and sometimes i ended up crying and feeling sadness or hope or happiness or anguish or anger and i think at the time i atributed those feelings to a belief in God. but after i realised that not only i didn't want to be part of the church but that i didn't believe in God, i didn't really understand why i felt those feelings.
i think i finally understand why, and it is because i'm human

i'm so sad, nobody talk to me. I'm grieving my sister
luke dyed his hair black and i had to channel it into something
parasocial time but there's a lot of talk about dan and phil on smosh and how dan and shayne would have fun or whatever and i agree BUT. i need dan and spencer interacting, i feel like they are two sides of the same coin
are you watching or being watched? - mixed media art
i ask myself every day if i'm gonna let fear take that
i really like how in the world of the unhinged women of yellowjackets, misty manages to be truly crazier than any of the other characters.
there aren't any characters like her
i was watching yellowejackets 01x06 "Saints" and i don't really know how to put it into words but it felt directed by a man and then i went to check and it was. something about the framing of these stories in this episode feel like they come from a male perspective. even though the characters are mostly women, it feels like a man is telling me what he saw.
like if a man friend was telling me a story about some of his other women friends or something
especially i mean with nat and travis' stoyline. nat starts the body count discussion defending herself and the rights of women's body autonomy but then travis' feelings matter more. because he feels inadecuate nat ends up comforting and offering up her story to make him feel better about himself.
tavis' problem is solved. he felt inadecuate so nat comforts him.
nat's problem isn't. she felt as if her partner judged her sexual history but he doesn't comfort her

this month's posters are brought to you by my stranger things obsession and inevitability to stop thinking about how bad the ending was

Shauna in S1 of Yellowjackets:
"You know, that was her uniform, not mine. Her parents gave it to me for her 40th birthday, so i could remember her. As if I hadn't spent the better part of my life thinking about her every single day"
Some people in big 2026: I don't think that Shauna was in love with Jackie

I can't find the post but there's this one post that's like "aging is less than 1% as terrifying as whatever the fuck is going on with people desperately trying not to age"
That but with weight.
Getting or being fat is less than 1% as terrifying as whatever the fuck is going on with people desperately trying to not be fat.
