Do you think Goldheart always knew that Dr. Flug is Prof. Zeppelin? And that Dr. Flug has a soft spot for cute things (in case Peace finds out what 505 looks like, unlike C.Q.D.)?
Hmm... honestly, it's kind of hard to say. But a lot of things point to yes.
The outfit Flug used to wear when he was active in the field was very different. He wore a pilot's suit instead of his casual clothes and lab coat. Aside from the mask, I don't think you'd recognize him right away.
It was actually mentioned in the post-credits scene of the "Hideous Heart" episode that they had to identify Flug as the villain kissing Miss Heed because they didn't recognize him at first—even though he's the number one hero's archenemy.
But yeah, I believe Goldheart knows they're the same person. Or at least senses a familiarity there. You'd expect a hero to recognize his archenemy.
He probably just didn't stop her from selling the dolls because it made money, or because he doesn't pay much attention to his members' business dealings as long as they don't cause trouble for P.E.A.C.E. or Golden Rule.
You know, I think the Black Hat Organization , whether is sort of an internal matter for the heroes or as a sensitive issue for the public—especially given the start of Episode 5, where G-Lo secretly tells her boss (a boxing hero i don’t remember the name now) that "it's the Black Hat Organization."
So, knowing Miss Heed, it wouldn't be impossible for her to use confidential P.E.A.C.E. information (like the identities of the main villains behind the organization) to play a little game.
As for him knowing about Flug's love for cute things... I think so too. That would be adorable. Like I mentioned before, a hero is expected to recognize his archenemy. And Goldheart's reaction—also in the "Hideous Heart" post-credits scene—could indicate that he knows Flug well enough.
Plus, with all the villains who fell for Miss Heed gossiping about everything, it would be easy to find out. But judging by what we know about Goldheart (and the fact that Bulldozer had a total freak-out), I'd guess that 505 is probably a monstrous beast that Flug designed to look cute in order to trick heroes into their doom.
But it’s cool to think that Goldheart doesn’t take Flug all that seriously because he knows his archenemy isn’t a “heartless being”—he has a soft spot for cute things, something even many heroes lack—and believes Flug only does evil stuff because he’s rebellious or just wants to cause trouble for others.
tell me about your magical girl au please!!
YEEEEEEEE!!! THANKS FOR ASKING!!! o(≧▽≦)o ok, so, I've been improving a few things since the last time, but so far it's like this:
ᯓ basic backstory
The Golden Rule, on one hand, was an alliance among the leaders of the major magical nations, forming their own group. P.E.A.C.E., on the other hand, was the ancient alliance between magical kingdoms—specifically, the "harmony" among creatures, magic, and sentient beings.
In the backstory, the original members of the Golden Rule waged a battle against the embodiment of evil.
This battle ultimately claimed the lives of all the kingdoms' kings and queens; fortunately, they emerged victorious, but since it was impossible to completely extinguish the concept, they weakened it and banished it from physical reality.
However, before all was lost, they sent their heirs—the princes and princesses of their kingdoms—to a planet far away in another galaxy.
ᯓ characters
(that i did till now)
❤︎ Goldheart
Goldheart is the heir to the leader of the original Golden Rule. They were a just and loving realm, so his parents decided beforehand to send him to a family they believed would instill those same values.
He was raised by wealthy parents—though they weren't exactly "just" or "good," at least not toward anyone but him—until the day he discovered he was a "magical boy." Upon making this discovery, he set out to reform the Golden Rule and put an end to evil.
For a long time, he was passionate about fighting evil and helping others. Surprisingly, his arch-nemesis wasn't a monster or even the embodiment of evil itself (he didn't even realize that was Black Hat), but a human. The villain "Dr. Flug"—a doctor and scientist—had descended into madness and committed numerous serious crimes.
Goldheart spent a long time trying to capture him before finally succeeding. Flug was sentenced to death. Goldheart imagined he would feel a sense of fulfillment, yet every fight, battle, and confrontation following his arch-nemesis's imprisonment felt... tedious. Devoid of passion.
When he discovered that Flug had managed to escape—God knows how—he thought the thrill of battle would return. But it didn't.
Having lost interest in grand battles, he began investing in and playing an active role in the government, now known as the millionaire Herbert Leth. Yet, despite lacking the drive to fight as he once did, he still has to train—or at least guide—the new generation of magical beings.
❤︎ Miss Heed
Miss Heed is—and always has been—Daddy’s little girl. A card-carrying wealthy socialite. When her parents sent her to Earth, they had already struck a deal with a wealthy family.
However, all that comfort—and, of course, her parents' blatant favoritism—made her arrogant and reckless. And when she discovered her "destiny" as an heiress and princess, things arguably got worse.
Despite being the youngest of the new Golden Rule members, she was one of the first to discover her inherited powers—though, unlike her parents', hers weren't particularly strong.
During a mission with Goldheart to track down his arch-nemesis, they raided one of the villain's (already abandoned) bases; there, she stumbled upon a project in development—a thesis.
She secretly stole it from her partners and claimed it as her own. Using the thesis and a team of scientists hired by her dad, she managed to use it to make her enemies (and friends) fall in love with her and do whatever she wanted. Or almost anything. She eventually discovered—in the worst possible way—that the thesis wasn't all that potent; the toxins she used had little effect on one of her Golden Rule partners.
When confronted, she promised to use it only on enemies or for self-defense. But she lies—a lot. Beyond being an adored heroine, she is also a popular influencer.
As a wealthy heiress (inheriting both magic and money), she lives a lavish, ostentatious lifestyle. Yet, she always wants a little more. And her corrupt parents and criminal uncles taught her well.
❤︎ G-LO
While some magical girls are born into the role due to their heritage or species, others are chosen by a mix of luck and ambition to follow this path. Such is the case for G-Lo—or Gloria Grentina.
She was chosen for this destiny by chance and is determined to prove herself worthy of the role. However, she turns out to be ill-prepared for the enemies she faces.
ᯓ Black Hat Organization
Black Hat, the embodiment of evil, could not help but feel defeated and humiliated after losing his physical form.
Although he had already exacted revenge on the insolent worms who had somehow managed to overpower him, he remained unsatisfied. He therefore decided to turn his wrath upon their offspring.
However, to his utter frustration, he was confined to the abstract plane; consequently, he had to find someone else to do the job for him. As luck would have it, there are plenty of people on Earth just as relentless as he is.
────────
ᯓ I thought that, over time, as magical girls emerged, they would become territorial and hostile, especially towards newcomers. The only ones above that would be the Golden Rule. You know? You can't be hunted if you're at the top of the food chain.
Some Papergold
Flug is an ipad kid, goldheart is cheeky.
I've been starting a PaperGold fanfiction because we hardly have any. basically, flug was captured by p.e.a.c.e. and now goldheart has to take him everywhere.

A silly headcanon I have of the heroes is the idea they do collaborations with big brands, with the chance of one of them being Sanrio
I think it would be so funny if they ended up having a collaboration, I personally think they would be organized as;
Goldheart: Pompompurin
Miss Heed: My Melody
Sunblast: Pochacco
Omega: Tuxedosam
I know there's far more sanrio characters but I also do wanna make some for the villains! ^^
Dr Flug: Cinnamonroll
Demencia: Kuromi
505: LittleTwinStars
Blackhat: Hello Kitty
These are the characters I have so far but I'll be glad you hear your opinions! I'm think of drawing these ideas but I'm not fully convinced by them, I'd rather more ideas for the type of sanrio characters the heroes would collab with tho (*^^*)//
I made some fan art based on that idea (which is actually really cool one!!)
Maybe this collab was done to mitigate the damage caused by the "Hideous Heart" fiasco—you know, to smooth things over and win back the audience's attention and goodwill with something crowd-pleasing. Perhaps even to redeem and bring back into the spotlight some heroes Heed had sidelined while they were under her mind control? Just a thought ヾ(“⌒∇⌒”)
OH MY GOD THIS IS GORGEOUS AHHHH!!!! TYSM FOR DRAWING THIS ITS SO CUTE 🥹💛 I love how you left Flug's appearance ambiguous I love when people do that
Ugh I can totally see Heed doing more collabs with big brands to distract everyone from her mind control fiasco, so in character for her.
Also is it okay if I use one as a pfp, I'll be sure to credit you!! 💛 (*´︶`*)ฅ♡
OH MY GOD, YOU REPLIED! It's more than okay if you use it as your profile picture!! o(≧∇≦o)
Villainous AU : villainous x magical Girls
I had this idea where, instead of a world of heroes and villains, Villainous would take place in a world of magical girls. The story would go something like this: instead of heroes, there would be magical girls—and boys, too.
There would be people fulfilling this role. However, the strongest among them would be the "Seven Nobles." Just like the typical protagonist of the "magical girl" genre, they would be princes and princesses from a magical kingdom, sent to Earth to be protected from a greater evil (Black Hat).
I was thinking a bit about what the story of this AU would look like and how it would differ from the original regarding the characters' backstories. Here is what I’ve decided so far:
“As the most powerful and magical figures, the Seven Nobles would help train the new "magical girls." Even though most of these magical girls—like the Nobles themselves—have their own "territories" to protect (much like heroes protecting their own cities and metropolises), the Nobles would step in personally when things got really ugly or dangerous—especially if the threat involved the embodiment of evil, Lord Black Hat. “
They would be more experienced and likely have their own lives outside of that role—working as idols, businesspeople, and so on. Take Goldheart, for instance: he’s a billionaire and the owner of GENET-INC, while Miss Heed is an influencer from a wealthy family with powerful connections. Even though these are the only members revealed so far, one wouldn't expect anything different.
As for Lord Black Hat himself, he “helps” other dark beings wreak havoc and achieve their goals—for a price (not unlike the original concept, though that’s just my take for now)—and the people, beings, and villains who seek his aid cause a great deal of destruction.
Regarding Demencia and Flug, both were mentally unstable or insane individuals: Demencia was “rescued” by Black Hat from an asylum—having been diagnosed as unstable and deranged—and subsequently became obsessed with and “in love” with him; meanwhile, Dr. Flug was “saved” from a death sentence for his various crimes—having been diagnosed as mentally insane—by Black Hat.
505 was one of Dr. Flug’s failed experiments and was adopted by him—just like in the canon.
His role is very similar to Bewear from Pokémon: he appears when something goes wrong and carries Demencia and Flug back to Lord Black Hat’s castle.
I was wondering if P.E.A.C.E. would be like a magical kingdom, or if, say, the “magical girls” would simply shout:
“I fight for love, hope, and peace!”
...or something along those lines.
And obviously, after so much time, of course the 'magical girls' would turn into a corrupt and violent society.
A silly headcanon I have of the heroes is the idea they do collaborations with big brands, with the chance of one of them being Sanrio
I think it would be so funny if they ended up having a collaboration, I personally think they would be organized as;

IT’S THE SAME
I was researching Goldheart and I saw this redesign that was done for an AU. When I first saw it, I thought it was very beautiful, but then Miss Heed's book came out and I realized...
It's the same design.
Same color, same belt, same hair! Even the buns looked alike.
And this redesign was done in 2024!
LONG BEFORE THE BOOK !
That is, until I checked out the artist's profile and saw that they work on Villainous!
So, either Alan used this redesign as a inspiration, or they gave us a huge spoiler without us realizing it.
Well, whether it’s an inspiration or a spoiler, I’d like to mention that their drawings and redesigns are beautiful, and I couldn't find much information about their AU ( except for the bit where Sunblast has some angst involving Penumbra, and Miss Heed and Goldheart announce their engagement(??) ).
Their Instagram is: https://www.instagram.com/droffagner?igsh=MTFjc2dnaXNua2JmNw==
But seriously, it’s quite a coincidence.
Seriously, does anyone out there still ship Papergold?
I kind of miss that ship. Even though the series makes a big mystery out of the relationship between Goldheart and Flug, it still hasn't been confirmed—though that might possibly be the "plot twist." Let's be honest: after all these years, it would actually be a surprise if the two of them weren't brothers.
heart-bunny bun
I like how the Goldheart's bun resembles both a heart and little rabbit ears.
I mean, what with the front teeth and his new hero outfit being most white, he actually looks even more like a little bunny.
It’s also cute how the bun isn’t shaped like a heart, but rather shaped like his heart—the heart shape on his outfit, which is probably also his signature mark.
I LOVE ITS REDESIGN SO MUCH
Reminder: Alan confirmed in one of his livestreams that at some point during the series, we’ll see Flug singing and his underwear.
