The time has come...

1 month until I start back at work after my maternity leave! I so don't want to go back!

In my head I was going to go back and be in a better place but I'm not I even think I'm abit worse! Mentally and physically, anxiety, OCD are at an all time high.

I've started CBT therapy again and soon I'm going to be on anti depressants to help with the therapy.

My self image is worse I've put on 2 stone, none of my pre baby clothes fit! And I can't bare looking at my face etc. Feel like I look rough and have aged about 10 years!

I don't want to go back to work....ever! I don't like the job and I still feel trapped in it!

Thinking of deleting my Tumblr it's been about 7/8 years now and I don't enjoy it as much anymore and all my new followers are porn blogs.

It can be alot more harmful than good!!!

Always see the negative, always miserable, always sad and now my attitude has become even worse. Angry and snappy most of the time not so much with Elsie but with my husband and even strangers.
