Umi smiled back at the odd creature, a purr accompanying close behind. “Hehe, You’re an xeno too, you know. And…. If i may ask,”  she leaned in and sniff the being, interested in their appearance. “What exactly is your race?”

Flicking her fins at Umi, Valera huffed a small puffle of air out of her nose. This one was very forward, she almost had to physically restrain herself from snapping her teeth at the poor girl. “True, but you called me unique first, little alien.”

Puffing her chest out for her introduction, Valera took a moment to brush a lock of hair aside with an air of dramatic importance. Very self absorbed lady over here, watch out world. “I, my good lady, am an Alternian troll! A Violetblooded Sea Dweller, to be precise! We are the royalty of Alternian society, penultimate on the scale.”

The felines eyes widens with an impressed sparkle. "Royalty? I don't think I have met someone with royal blood before." She paused for a moment to think. "Or anyone with blood being the color of violet." Her ears twitched attentively. 

She circled around the troll, examining their gold garnished body. They had such a confident posture. It certainly gave off a vibe of intimidation.  "My name is Umi, Im a human-cat mix. I trust that you know about humans and animals, Yes? You look highly educated." The catgirl practically assumed this sea-dwelling troll creature understood. How could one of royalty not know after all,

"Well," Umi placed her hands on her hips and gave the troll a large friendly grin. "It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance, er- " She blinked a few times, suddenly remembering that she hasn't caught a name. "What was your name?"

Light giggles escaped her throat as she pressed her face into his warm chest. It almost felt like forever since she had his strong protective arms wrapped around her. The feeling certainly delighted her.

"Nebula dear! How have you been?" She trilled cheerfully, flicking the tip of her tail to and fro as a signal of her happiness.

"I have been doing marvelously well, my beautiful rose."

"I, in fact, have been waiting for you to come home, so I can give you these." He handed her the bouquet of black roses, a warm smile on his face.

A small gasp came from Umi. Her eyes widened with pleasant surprise as she received the black roses. She looked from the roses, to Nebula's face, and back to the roses. 

"You.... You didn't have to get me these... But thank you!" She looked up at him and planted a firm kiss upon his lips. "I'm sorry I took forever to come home... I hadn't known so much time passed..." Her eyes drifted away from him to the roses in her hands. It only felt like a few hours. It only seemed liked it as well. How much time had passed, exactly?

Her eyes returned to her husband. "Well. no matter. I'm just glad to be back home. To be back here with you." A gleeful smile returned to her lips.

"Why thank you, little one. You are very unique yourself, even for a xeno." Nodding her head in a small display of courtesy, the Sea Dweller offered the small being a close lipped smile.
