The comic kinda works as a standalone, but it’s meant to be an alternate crack ending to chapter 7 of my fanfic “Discordant Sonata”, after Adrien saves Ladybug from an akuma, and eventually is able to slip away and transform to help her as Chat Noir.  (They’re all older here, 17-18yo and on their final year of lycée)
