Messenger, the character foe this blog, is a burning bug who has experimented with the wisps past reason. Her wisps are white and multi-eyed, making it clear it's her that is speaking through them. She hides herself from view of others unless needed to reveal herself because of the results of experiments she has done with both flame and soul. She has one goal, and it's power. What type of power doesn't matter, as long as she places above where she is now.

Her pronouns are She/They, and her gender is unneeded for now.

Rules are pretty simple:

- Romance is discouraged

- Being mean to the character is allowed, but anything relating to the mod isn't. Please keep me out of it.

- And while I seriously doubt this will happen because Pharloomblr is amazing, please keep actual nsfw content away.

The bug seemed somewhat surprised by the modified wisp, clearly unfamiliar with anything of the sort.

"I'm... not sure. I suppose I just realized I had not explored here in a while. Not to mention how quiet it's been... but that may just be me. I certainly hope it is."

It kept eye contact with the wisp, expression wary.

"How do you do that?"

*The wisp flickers and floats around as if it was pacing in the air*

"Well I haven't heard from anyone, but in all fairness I don't tend to go out of my way to conversate with others."

*It stops infront of the bug's face, just far enough to avoid burning but close enough for the heat to be felt*

"And my methods are not pleasant ones I'd recommend any other bug to attempt."

It was completely unfazed by the heat of the wisp.

"Interesting. Do you have any name or title you want to be referred to as?"

"Messenger is what I tend to prefer. What may I call you?"

*The wisp backs up a bit, but otherwise floats in place*

Let's see... we have some snail eggs we're planning to raise as our own, the pyrosopherchild has returned from hiding and is aiding in the regeneration of our shrubbery. My apprentice the patchworkchild has graduated to full-time thicketguard... Ah I cannot remember the rest. That should be assez though.

Focus, causes double the charges to be expended upon taking damage, but if no damage is taken gain back 4 charges.

Gimmick: Soulfire Lantern

This lantern has 36 charges. Each time she drops below 1 mask, she expends a charge to heal back up to 1 mask. All attacks except Bap also expend charges, as stated in their description. Running out of charges mid combat will cause her to pass out in 1d4 rounds, if not killed beforehand. She regains charges depending on the action.

She loses all access to this and any other attached abilities if disarmed of the lantern.

*It sets the bread down in an open part of the thicket near where it was standing. It then heads off back in the direction where it came from. It waits a while before it begins talking to itself.*

That wisp back there looked positively mangled. Poor thing.
