Imagine you had unlimited funding and creative control to adapt an existing piece of Media (any type) into a New Form (any type). What would you adapt and what's the thing your adaptation would do with the source text?

*cracks my knuckles* ow. anyway here's my list:

• NOT a new form but, I'd remake the last season or two of What We Do In The Shadows. For the love of GOD do not queer-bait your audience like that ever again. Try again, and do it right.

• Turn the indie game DREDGE into an audio drama. In a perfect world, Wayne June (who narrated the Darkest Dungeon games, rest in peace) would be the voice of the fisherman's inner monologue. The tone for the dialogue and descriptions in that game are some of my favorite I've ever read, having the story told linearly with all the combined effects that come with an audio drama? Chef's kiss.

• Make the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, which were originally inspired by the themed ride of the same name, into a book series. I could read on and on about the many misadventures of Captain Jack Sparrow, Elizabeth Swan, and Will Turner. The first three movies alone would make for terrific novels, and if the fourth movie had been a book I might have liked it more (aside from the mermaids, I loooved the mermaids). And the fifth movie's plot wouldn't exist because they wouldn't have character assassinated Jack :) yippie! :)

• Speaking of rides, turn Treasure Planet into a dark ride/coaster. Kinda like the Revenge of the Mummy ride at Universal Studios!

• Turn the Hellsing anime into a stage play.
