Omg who care what any one else thinks of the good omen finale. I understand wanting to talk about your personal experience but trying to control how other people feel is absolutely insane. There isn't a right or wrong way to feel about it.

You're certainly not better than anyone else or understand more about tv and narative story telling just because you like it or don't like it. It's unfortunate that lots of people (maybe most) are at least a little unhappy, but it doesn't mean they people that did enjoy it need to be converted. Also people that didn't enjoy it are also not immature haters because they had years to dream about happier endings for characters they love/loved.

Please go put this energy into fanfiction or something rather than trying to talk people out of their own experiences.

Canadian self defense law would probably put an american in a coma. Like your not really legally aloud to carry any weapon in self defense which obviously means you can't use anything like guns or knifes. But I think Americans would be shocked to know that things like pepper spray or those life self defense key chain things are also illegal.

Basically you are only allowed to use every day items that you can claim you where carrying for non self defense reasons. Which is why some people say they like to carry umbrella or those big ass metal water bottles.

Even still you can only defend yourself with less or equal force so technically your hypothetical attacker would need to have a weapon for you to use your water bottle legally.

Humans are still fucking, lots even. We are just the only mammal that have birth control and understand existentialism. If this was true we would find that countries with better quality of life would have higher birth rates but the opposite is true.

Seeing people rainbowly happy about pride month makes me feel prematurely elderly. Like I have only done this queer thing for like a decade. In some ways I wish I could still feel the nervous excitement I felt as a teenager every time I saw and rainbow in the wild. It's wonderful that some colour can help people feel not alone especially scared teenagers.
