This image includes a diagram of an electric motor, and how it interacts with the free electricity system that grows in the roads on every planet and moon!
The system can also work with flying vehicles and more! A home could connect to the roads today with a DC inverter like a solar home today!
There are appliances that use DC directly. Most electronics convert AC back to DC once it comes out of the wall, so it could be more common to have DC systems in the future, or an inverter can be ~300$ and could power a home, and charge a car, or more, today! A Vespa MAY be able to have antennae (similar to the image above) attached to the battery and use the system today!
The roads are buried so they aren't getting a lot of energy but the system pops out nonetheless! There is some energy in it now. The surface and flying roads are always active and grow that way, everywhere in the solar system!
Could local towns identify existing roads where the system is already aligned and active, so electric cars and delivery vehicles can charge up while driving? Maybe once a voltmeter confirms the system and the batteries have antennae, a green stripe on roads might indicate 'active' portions of road, and could be incorporated in GPS and delivery routes?!
Is there water/sewer in the roads as well? Let's find out!
It appears the system is based on 2 types of patterns; a hexagonal pattern with 6 triangles interstitial to it, and a circle pattern also with 6 triangles between.
The scale varies from miles/kilometers length per side to very very small!
Only some of the systems are 'roadways' - it appears that the systems gather energy for the planets/moons - but most do not have 'roadways' associated with them. The round systems may typically be waterways, and the hexagonal systems are often 'roads', which bridge over the water!
The systems that do include roads gather lots of energy, and are probably visible via ground penetrating radar or maybe microwave-range photon imaging, below surface debris from trees and glaciation. It appears the 'roads' are bands of minerals that grow in that shape and thus do not deteriorate. One scale of 'roads' may collect photons with pores at 500nm for instance, and a larger scale may collect photons with a radius of 490nm (higher energy). If the lower energy system is saturated, the photons (from the sun) jump up in energy level and transfer to the higher energy system, just like a highway!

The rotors themselves can turn on and gather even more energy! Looking at the images in this way starts something like a siphon for the different types of systems, and for roads and rotors, they may stay on a long time! The positive charge in the brain collects photons, but can also start these siphons, just by looking for the pattern itself!
I realize that the idea of 'rotors growing below the bedrock surface, transporting water below and back up' (once the small reservoirs are uncovered and pressurized) might sound... unexpected! haha HOWEVER in theory it may be a mineral structure or even just the grain of the structure AND we do see similar rotors structures growing in cell walls, for instance, which are also based in a simple way on 6 components that in a predictable pattern. At a small scale, structural differences accumulate as molecules aggregate, and the pattern works in many fun and different ways as it adds up!
Maybe someday, if they are really there (visible via ground penetrating radar or microwave range imaging from police drone etc..?) each state could uncover one in a state park and people could visit for field trips and for leisure!
The systems help balance the climate, and add energy to the electromagnetic field for the habitats. For most scales of the systems, they may only turn on for an hour or even a day, but it may help as well.
The majority of the systems seem to be comprised of a positive charge from the habitat, (positrons aka gravitons?) in a triangle shape on the ground and even in the trees. Tracing them starts the movement, like setting up a siphon. Once the perimeter is defined, energy on the surface, within the perimeter, jumps back and forth, balancing the energy between the outlined regions, and can gather energy from the atmosphere in the process, it appears!
Energy itself is stored in water droplets on the surface or on plant life within the shape. Grass for instance, increases the surface area and water droplets can store photons from the sunlight until, when turned on, the energy (net negative charge) is brought into the habitat itself, via the siphon of positive charge.
The large reservoirs are buried and are literally growing mineral layers, and the roads are mineral layers as well, but many of the systems can be traced right on the grass, sky or even asphalt, anywhere you see them!

To be honest, my thoughts here are a bit disorganized, I know - at some point I will try and make an easier-to-read description of what is going on, like a field guide!
Personally, I have been tracing the circular and hexagonal pattern in the trees, ground and possibly at reservoir and road locations (still buried) - it seems to be working very well! (Additional post link here.) Someday soon, I will get the research organized and contact the Dept of Energy, or some other branch of the government - unless info gets out grassroots-style and we all can start using it sooner!
I am hoping to get my own property, to do this with photos and a voltmeter. Until then, these sketches represent ongoing research!
