So Rocky has a bunch of permanent carvings along his carapace like family crest, rulers and protractors, marriage symbol, etc. I assume thats normal for Eridians, but the possibility that it's socially equivalent to getting full body tattoos for humans is funny. Imagine seeing this super inked out dude, but you look closer and its just a bunch of tattoos like.

Idk what the canon on eridian biology is but i headcanon that they hatch without the tough shell and grow it while they grow and consume different minerals, they start out as squishy pebbles:p

Eridians cant "hold their breath" like humans do, their vents dont close completly so water can still get in, if they fall in water they drown and die. safe to say rocky is not a fan of when grace does it for fun xD
