Well, we didn’t just cut it short for you guys. My wife was struggling being away from her family and she’s been pretty sick. New York is still a while away from her parents in Georgia but at least it’s not a plane trip to Seoul.

Aaron rolled his eyes in a good natured manner and brushed Mamie’s hair back from her face. “That’s just how it runs in my family - boys first.” He grinned, though, really he could care less what their child’s gender was as long as they were happy and healthy. “Pizza sounds amazing.” It was hard heading off to work knowing that she was home and miserable but, while technically he was still on his honeymoon, things had been crazy at the store and he’d needed to go in. “I’m yours all night tonight and all day tomorrow.”

Mamie beamed when she heard his pet name for her, looking up at him with a wide grin. She’d spent most of the day on the couch– with the exception of a few trips to get sick. Placing her hand over his on her stomach, she let out a content sigh. “Good I think,” she nodded. “She was just telling me she missed her daddy though,” a giggle left Mary’s lips and she tugged on his hands, inviting him onto the couch with her.

“She?” Aaron grinned, this was a conversation they’d been having since almost the very moment they’d found out she was pregnant. “Stop misgendering my son.” He moved so his hand still rested on her stomach so he could press his lips to hers. “Feeling any better?”

“Jagiya~” Aaron grinned, walking into their apartment and over to his wife who was resting on the couch. This pregnancy was taking a lot out of her and he hated to see Mamie so sick and run down. “How’s my little aegya ?” He grinned and kneeled down by the side of the couch and ran his hands over her stomach. He couldn’t get over the fact that they were going to have a baby and so soon after their wedding. “I missed you two.”

She’s still pretty sick, the flight home was pretty bad. I think she’s relieved to be back at home.
