The White Tiger Lily is one of the more challenging plants to manage in a garden. It takes quite a while to grow, it has hefty energy requirements (water, pollination, magic and music), and it can get up to rank 5 pests. But despite the White Tiger Lily's laborious needs, it's still highly sought after for the Fancy Yogurt reward at elder harvest.
Before you get started, you'll need to have access to and meet the following requirements:
Gardening Level Required: 8 (Adept)
Plot Required: Small Enchanted Plot
Acquiring the Seed
There are three places that you can get a White Tiger Lily seed:
Raven's Hoard Pack
Boss Drop
Bazaar
TIP: Buying from the bazaar is less time consuming than farming for it. But if you are hopeful to get it as a boss drop, I recommend doing the Winterbane gauntlet (at the first tier).
The best time to buy seeds in bulk is when the Bazaar is busy. But before you rush off and start spending, double check the following:
You have enough gold to buy the seeds
You have enough room to store the seeds before you plant them
Each seed costs 6,300 gold, so if you are planting a garden with 60 seeds, you'll need 378,000 gold (60 x 6,300).
As for storing the seeds, available places to keep them are: attic, bank, shared bank or backpack.
Likes and Dislikes
The White Tiger Lily has 6 possible plant 'likes':
Tropical Garden Gnome
Dandelion/Orange Dandelion/Pink Dandelion
Ball of Blue Yarn
Potted Cat Tail
Pixie
Red Barn Farm
The Tropical Garden Gnome can be purchased at the Bazaar, as well as the Ball of Blue Yarn and the Potted Cat Tail. You'll want to plant the Dandelion ahead of time and then summon a Pixie to it. And don't use any other house but the Red Barn Farm.
TIP: Plant 'likes' reduce the amount of time it takes to reach each plant stage.
Plant Stage: Seedling
Once you have gathered the seeds, it's time to head over to the Red Barn Farm and plant them. I have found that stacking the plants make it easier to manage the gardening needs and to keep the pests away.
Tip: This guide uses the half level plot stacking technique.
Make sure that you have enough energy to plant all of your seeds. (For example, if you have 60 seeds, you will need 120 energy.) The White Tiger Lilies are easier to manage if they're on the same time cycle, so plant them together.
Plant Stage: Young
When the White Tiger Lilies are at the young stage, they may get pests up to rank 5. I recommend using the Miniature Bloodbats pest prevention spell. It will keep pests up to rank 4 away for 48 hours.
TIP: Miniature Bloodbats can be purchased from Roger the Shrubber in Avalon for 200,000 gold.
I also recommend using the Baby Sunbird gardening treasure card for pest prevention up to rank 5. Unfortunately this spell is not currently offered to learn, but the treasure card drops from the Wyvern's Hoard pack and from the holiday quest in October.
At the time of writing this guide, the Strawman pest prevention spell is too difficult to manage because it covers the plants, making it near impossible to see plant needs. Hopefully in the future this will change, as Strawman is handy in preventing pests up to rank 6.
Plant Stage: Mature
When the White Tiger Lilies reach mature, you should check your garden about every 12 hours for pests and plant needs. Use large area spells for water, pollination, magic and music. Also use the Fly Swatter spell for the rank 5 pests.
TIP: If you have other plants that don't fit in your large area circle, use the indoor/outdoor treasure card version of the spell.
During the mature stage you will get several regular harvests.
You will receive 125-180 gold and 300 gardening experience per plant.
You will get one of the following treasure cards per plant:
Colossus
Frost Giant
Frozen Armor
Ice Hound (dropped only at elder harvest)
Iceblade
Legion Shield
Steal Ward
Tower Shield
TIP: Selling the treasure cards will help you recoup the gold you spent on the seeds.
Make sure to keep your pest prevention spell on the plants during the entire mature stage. Also keep an eye on your plant with the pixie. If you lose it, use the Summon Pixie spell to bring it back.
Plant Stage: Elder
After a long while of patience and constant care the plants will reach the elder stage. As mentioned before, the amount of time it takes to get to elder is determined by how many 'likes' you have for the plant. The more plant 'likes' you have, the less time it takes to grow.
You will receive the following at elder harvest (per plant):
457-898 gold
3,000 Experience (gardening)
2 Treasure Cards (see above)
1 rank 6 snack (Double Popsicle or Frosted Drakes Cereal)
1 Fancy Yogurt (rank 9)
% chance at rare Amber reagent drop
Note: The White Tiger Lily seed is not dropped as a final reward.
Final Thoughts
Although this plant is somewhat difficult to take care of, I have completed a couple dozen elder harvests (60 at a time). It is a satisfying experience to get a large amount of Fancy Yogurt at the end. It's also a great way to get gardening experience.

White Tiger Lilies require a lot of time and energy to get to elder, so I strongly recommend planting them in groups of 20, 40 or 60.
Make sure you have everything ready to go before you plant. This is a gardening endeavor that requires planning ahead of time.
As the war rages on between Marleybone and Valencia, consider the strategic difference between the two:
Marleybone has a war room and appears to have a concise, well-thought-out battle plan. They control an impressive Royal Navy.
Valencia, on the other hand, has the Armada Fortress, surrounded and protected by Clockwork ships.
Valencia's technology plays a considerable part in the war, and has allowed the Armada to make strategic advances. But because we don't know what lies inside the Armada Fortress, it is impossible to determine what exact technological advantages the Armada has. All we know is what we've seen in various parts of the Spiral that the Clockworks have visited, and then left their technology behind in.
As it stands, both sides are strong, and both sides are unique in their own capabilities.
The Game Changer
The Armada was able to gain a considerable advantage in the war. This was achieved by towing Beachhead from Valencia into the Marleybone skyway, which immediately became a major threat at Marleybone's front door.
Considering its massive size, its close proximity to a stormgate, and its artillery batteries (that when working would be able to hit Marleybone), the war may have inevitably been won by the Armada.
Fortunately, Marleybone got ahold of the blueprints for Beachhead and devised a way to destroy it.
The plan was simple: We would sneak in and blow it up.
At the same time, Bishop was planning the Armada's strategic master plan to win the battle in Marleybone by having Rooke flank the Royal Navy through the MooShu stormgate.
(Some of the Clockworks are named after chess pieces. As a strategy in chess, the rook piece is very powerful in an endgame scenario to deliver a checkmate.)
Like all evil genius villains, Bishop was more than willing to reveal the entire plan and then scoff at any attempt to destroy Beachhead.
Bishop: If I may speak frankly, what a puny plan.
Bishop: This station is the pinnacle of Armada artistry and engineering - your attempts to sabotage it are doomed to failure.
Bishop: Beachhead is indestructible.
But to his surprise, he was defeated and Beachhead was destroyed. All it took was a few well-placed charges in key places on the inside.
Bishop: Unthinkable! The station is lost! Evacuate!
No Checkmate
Once word reached the Marleybone War Room that Beachhead was destroyed, Admiral Nelson quickly led a group of Royal Navy Ships to surprise the flanking Armada Fleet. All but one of the Armada ships were destroyed: Rooke's ship, the Executioner. It was 4 times the size of a Galleon with more than a hundred guns.
At the same time, there was an internal issue on the Isle of Fetch with the Kurgha soldiers. The problem there was resolved, but Admiral Nelson was in trouble.
Admiral Nelson had used his ship as a weapon and rammed it into the Executioner, trapping both ships in the Trafalgar Vortex.
Admiral Nelson and his men met Rooke on his ship.
Rooke: You've fought brilliantly, Admiral, but your cause is lost. Surrender or die!
Admiral Nelson: As I've always said, a glorious death is to be envied! Surrender? To the likes of you? Never!
After a long and difficult battle, Rooke was defeated and the Executioner was blown to pieces with powder kegs. Marleybone was saved from the invasion.
Is Marleybone a man's best friend?
There is no doubt that the Armada will devise a new strategy to invade Marleybone again or meet Marleybone on another front. The Armada's power lies in their staggering number of Clockworks, which will not stop until they are destroyed.
Marleybone was instrumental in ending the Polarian War by helping Polaris overthrow Napoleguin, but we have heard nothing from Polaris coming to the aid of Marleybone. We also have not heard from Monquista. And even though MooShu has a peace treaty with Valencia, perhaps one of these worlds can come to the aid of Marleybone and help put an end to the war?
Until Marleybone, or someone, stops the Clockworks, the entire Spiral is at risk of the Armada's plan - whatever that may be.
Because it's Christmas in July... don't forget to farm Lord Nightshade for dropped crown gear.
